Unreliable
Failed to collect urgent document. Emailed company - they arranged collection for the next day and guess what, they failed to collect again. Got refunded through PayPal. Won’t use again as my business depends upon documents being dispatched on time.

"Robdogs?" This from someone who massively under-declared the size of her parcels thus avoiding paying the correct price, not once but 3 times!!!
"Threatening?" A couple of emails asking you to pay the amount you owed! How terrible of us asking not to be left out of pocket by your "errors"!
Its a shame we can't review you as a customer to warn other couriers about you!

Asked courier when it would get to its destination he said tomorrow and I have to admit to laughing
