Totally happy.

I contacted this company as I had a problem with my printer and was looking to get it repaired. I spoke to Jamie who was very honest and we orked out that the service the company provides was not what I was looking for. However, he was extremely kind and helpful and gave me advice as to how I might possibly be able to sort out my very old machine and he was right. It is now working as good as new and I`m extremely grateful. On that basis alone I would be happy to trust and to use this company.

Naz Haider has been brilliant…

Naz Haider has been brilliant throughout our time with XBM. Very honest and transparent in the start finding the right package for our business. The printer chosen has made life much easier in the office and when the printer has any malfunctions the service call has been immediate. Spoke to Naz on numerous occasions and always been happy to help direct me to the right team I required.

Brilliant service and I would recommend XBM.

Very pleased with Xbm

Andy Sahota and the entire team at XBM have been brilliant. The prices are relatively cheap compared to others but the level of service is not affected at all. Very happy with our machine. As we are a start up they have been the perfect match for our company.

Someone is always there to answer the phone and small technical issues are resolved quickly.

Save for a couple of times where the servers were down for maintenance, I do not have anything else negative to say. XBM did manage to keep the server down times to non-working hours.

XBM 5 Star Support

XBM have been able to support and respond to our on-going printer needs very quickly. Andy our Account Manager has been excellent in offering competitive prices and then delivering very quickly on installation and follow up support. The most important aspect for us has been the excellent level of customer service, we know that if we have any issues they will be resolved very quickly. 5 Stars across the board

We are a small charity in Wallsend

We are a small charity in Wallsend, we have been supported by Graham Tuttiett for over 4 years now. Throughout this time Graham has been very supportive, friendly and courteous. Not fast hard sell, he listens to what the customer wants and needs.
We have been happy with the photocopier we recieved , but after Graham's recent visit to us, we are having a review and may purchase a newer model.

Fantastic Service and Support

I reached out to XBM via a third party website. Which at first was frustrating due to the number of calls I received regarding photocopiers. However, Jamie called with an enthusiastic tone offering to help my business with a photocopier and service.

Whilst the cost was slightly higher than the other offers I had, Jamie did not miss a detail from start to finish. This was also just after COVID mind you.

The installation went well, I did have to leave to see a client so the delivery team installed the device without me present, however, swiftly arranged another time slot to install the machine completely.. With no additional charge.

I can not thank Jamie enough for the fantastic service and would totally recommend it.

Great help for even the small user

Very comprehensive and informative exploration of need and what would match those needs by John Saunders. Good follow up communication and attention to detail in the minor issue over staples.
Installation went well and all my queries answered even to chasing down a third member of staff to fix one issue.

Best of the best

We been using XBM for several years, can't recommend XBM enough. Printing such a critical part our business any issue we need resolving quick XBM deliver on service every time. If we have an issue an engineer will call us back within an hour, if we can't resole the problem over the phone they will do site visiting normally same day. If XBM was a car company expect service level like Mercedes Benz without the expensive repair bills.

The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with

One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.

Raised their prices on our contract in contravention of their own terms and conditions.

Must our main lease on to a third party and kept the consumables and service with themselves with fixed prices. They then raised the price anyway, again in contravention of their terms and conditions, and it took far too long to get credit notes against these. Moving us on to a third party for the lease also meant we ended up on different contract end dates. To end our contract with XBM cost an absolute fortune and staff were rude, spiteful and downright unhelpful.

Their terms and conditions are incredibly punitive and fees are not in line with services offered.

Their Trust Pilot average score used to be shocking, I'm genuinely of the belief that they have fake positive reviews and are censoring the negative reviews under the guise of a "disgruntled former employee".

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Truly awful service

Truly awful service, rude staff and beware the sneaky one liner on the order you sign that means unless you give three months notice before the annual renewal you are stuck with them despite the awful service for another year. I wish we had never met them. The machine is unreliable, the service team woeful and the consumables team are truly the worst, incoherant, low IQ individuals who are rude and do not give a toss. So when your consumables run out and your machine stops working don't be surprised if you wait over a week for consumables and if you buy your own in despair they will still charge you the per print price for printing on your own ink. A cunning plan to do nothing and be paid endlessly. We are now engaging legal support to terminate the contract on breach of service but even then they aren't responding to us or our solicitors. Do not go there they are awful and you will regret is

Avoid!!!!!

Avoid!!!!!! We didn't have any massive issues with XBM until they approached us to upgrade our clunky second hand printer. During this process, I raised a query relating to a cost and their tone completely changed and I just decided to move our customer to another provider. This is when they sting you with charges, for us to the tune of £649.99 plus VAT! I queried this but their attitude became much worse. I really can't explain how unpleasant these people can be and I hope you don't experience the same when you decide to leave. I am glad to be free of them and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would!!

Please please avoid!! But if you are not put off make sure you read the t&c they will have you in a rolling contract and ridiculously you need to give them 120 days notice.

They also get horrible when you try to leave. You’ve been warned!
