I have always found Xexec a easy company to deal with, but a good test of a company is always when something goes wrong and you need their help. Along these lines, I recently had an issue with a cancelled trip to the cinema due to illness. A quick email to their support has seen the matter resolved and replacement codes issued (thanks to good work from Bhavisha).

I had a issue on the staff discount page trying to assess one of the offers, I reported this via the page. Hanna responded very quickly and tried to fix the problem , I was kept up to date with emails on the progress of the issue. Very quick and friendly service thank you

Customer services is shocking. 96 hours to electronically top-up a e-gift card, ridiculous. Every excuse under the sun other than accepting their mistake and sorting it out.

I have been using the platform for over 2 years and am amazed with the savings I have made since joining. I am not doing anything differently apart from checking the site before I make any purchase. Its saved me hundreds and whats great is I can use my Cashback to spend via the platform or even transfer it to my own bank account so it makes my Christmas even sweeter!

The Concierge is also a great bonus. Before I look at a holiday they are my first port of call. Saves me time (compared to going to all the comparative sites) and money as they have some amazing additional benefits!

Always love visiting the site daily to see the new deals and the added Combo Deals (to double up on savings).

I've been using Xexec's discount platform via my employer for a couple of months now and I can honestly say that, whilst I was initially sceptical, I've been pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of the offers available.
I've already been able to save on everyday expenses like groceries and a stunning deal on a new Samsung TV saving me over £1,000 on the best available price elsewhere!
The everyday offers on brands like Curry's, John Lewis and M&S seem to be consistently available and they also seem to have a good flow of new or special offers.
I'm looking forward to seeing what I can save on my next holiday and testing out their VIP concierge service.
