20% discount is pointless
I have purchased BUYAGIFT vouchers at a 20% reduction however, these can only be redeemed against certain buyagift products and all the ones I have looked at are more expensive than booking directly. Am very disappointed as the 20% off is nonsense if the cost is higher than booking without the vouchers.
Customer service were very responsive to a query of mine so at least that's a positive.

My problem with BAE Reward System
My problem with BAE Reward System. The Xexec email came in saying that an operative would shortly contact me. Julien contacted me 9 minutes later - shortly normally means 1+ hours so I was already impressed! Julian diagnosed the solution to my problem straight away and when I did what he suggested it worked straight away.
