One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. I competed in a competition and won money which was given to me as a voucher to Xoxoday. The only way to get access to something similar to cash is an Rewarble voucher. I placed the order and got an email that its been delivered only to click on the link and get the messages that its still being processed. When trying to talk to an agent there go to answer its a vendor issue. So I cancelled and tried again. Same thing. I now have to wait 4 business days to see if this voucher will materialize. Following up with the support team only gets you generic responses with no indication on when the issue will be resolved. Chatting to an agent on the website is pointless as they give you the same generic response

I could not figure out how to apply a store voucher purchase code and wrote to the CS team. They very promptly helped me understand the redemption flow, helped me through minor/temporary technical glitches and followed through until I was able to successfully redeem my code. It was very heartening to see them being so proactive, quick and knowledgeable.
The XOXO has amazing support service, they replied to me on time as well as they resolved my issue quickly.
Thank you for quick response and support during my issue, else I would have lost my gift card.
