Buying giftcard with xoxoday and my experience

Well I need to buy a giftcard for my friend and I somewhere get to know about xoxoday and it's service who search for it and buy a giftcard from it and it's was a great experience instant delivery and easy to buy I have ever experienced and customer support is too notch reply withing hours and more such a great platform if you want to buy gift card

Poor customer support in case of problems with vouchers..

I didn’t have any problem with them previously. Now I received a voucher that is not working. The error says that “voucher could not be located”. I tried to use it both in store and online. I reached to them on November 5th. Till now I have no resolution. On Friday 21st I received response to give them 24-48 business hours. The time passed, I don’t have any resolution till now. They are ignoring my email now. I also wrote to them on what’s app with no response.

I tried using Xoxoday

I tried using Xoxoday, expecting a smooth reward-voucher delivery, but what I got was repeatedly frustrating. Requests for voucher codes kept failing with the same error: "Unable to complete request… please try again after 6 to 48 hours." Despite waiting days, I often never received any codes.

Customer support was basically unhelpful - responses were slow, generic, and didn't resolve my problems. It felt like my order was lost in some broken pipeline.
ie.

On paper, Xoxoday promises a big catalog and "fast delivery," but in reality the process is unreliable. I wouldn't trust them for anything important.
