Apparently they got evicted from amazon because they were just too bad.
Just avoid them, even if the price seems to be good, it will just be a big waist of time. They will probably never send you what you bought.
If you're not convinced just read the other comments.

AVOID! Fake stock status. On CDON you can read that they have the hard drives in stock. After 17 days of waiting and e-mailing with Xtra they tells me that the hard drive is not in stock. They postprone the date of delivery but the postproned date is not kept.

What a joke! Avoid this company! I ordered through CDON and didn't notice that I was actually buying from Xstra. It said that my products had been shipped, but when I tracked the order through Fedex it was still pending. I waited for weeks and when I finally contacted them, they cancelled my order. I hope I get my money back and I would have given them a 0 if that was possible. Don't buy from this company!

Never received my SSD. This company is an absolute joke.

Waited six weeks from my initial order and any contact I had with these people was instigated by me. I was left in the dark, and after a six-week wait, I contacted them for the third time only to find out that the product had been delayed by another month and no-one took the time to inform me that this was the case. An absolute joke of a company!!

I ordered an HDD via CDON. The item was supposed to be in stock, but I had to wait for five weeks for it to be sent. This is obviously way too long, even with the current global situation. I emailed them once asking what's happening and they said they have a delay on their incoming shipment etc. But I eventually got my HDD. I had chosen to pay with a bill, so I waited until I received my package and having seen it's the correct product, I paid it. The invoice they had attached to the delivery had a 30€ higher price marked than what I ordered it for. But I obviously paid the original price the purchase was made with. Now hoping they are not gonna start some argument about the price. I asked CDON about this, and fortunately they said they'll have my back if any problems should occur, so I guess that's good. I'd think twice, though, before using this retailer again.

Hi, Ordered a graphics card from Xstra on CDON. Expected delivery was 5-10 working days. Didnt get any update about the order so asked for a update 5 days after I had ordered. They said that the graphics card had already shipped from the supplier and was on its way to Xstras warehouse.

Today 12 days after I placed the order I asked for a update. They then told me it would arrive in the end of the month. No explanation about what happend to the graphics card that was on its way before.

I have cancelled the order. Should have done more research before ordering. But I trusted CDON and thought they had done some quality check on who they allow to sell on there plattform.

I hope i get my money back.

I ordered a processor via cdon.com and xstra digital storage was supposed to deliver it. At first i got an email saying the backup is delayed and they cannot send my product yet. I waited another week and still their backup had another delay, and they was supposed to have my processor in a week and send it right away to me. So i waited another week, and they still didnt have my order, so i cancelled...

Basically what the other reviews say. After the shipping date had passed and the order had not been sent I contacted them and got the response that "oh no we're waiting for the backorder to arrive, it's supposed to arrive at the end of the week and your order will be shipped then!".

Fast forward to the end of the week and another message to them inquiring why my order still hasn't shipped, "the backorder is late and your order should be shipped at the middle of next week!".

You pay for the product before it's even shipped and then they just string you a long for as long as they can.

The thing is. I ordered before even checking them up. So I did. Holly that did not look good so I chose to stay calm and contact them and check with them. They are super nice and they promise you the backorder will arrive in one or two days. Then same after one two days. And when you don't give up and keep asking, they say it will take a few weeks. The thing is they don't have anything ready and just live on the ones who pays and waits 1-2 months. Just stay away until they actually fix the problem. They can start with FIRST sending the package and then asking for the money.

Ordered a package through CDON. After a week of hearing only once from Xstra about a delay in shipping, I wrote a ticket, asking where my package was, since the delayed date of shipping had also been passed. They issued me with yet another delay, and no further information, so I cancelled the order, and ordered instead from Proshop, who readied my package to be picked up the very same evening i ordered, and it was delivered the morning after. I recommend other services if you want deliveries in a reasonable amount of time.

I asked about the delayed shipment. This seller answered all of my messages within a day. Their answers were mostly a copy paste of the previous. Claiming "oh our backorder was supposed to arrive yesterday, it'll be here tomorrow or latest the day after" deep apologies etc. Then the next message was the exact same deeeeep apology with just the dates changed.

Ok. I'm sure there are just too many messages to answer with anything else than copypastas.

I love to ground for an underdog, I hope they will be ok.

I bought through a market place, pointed to all these reviews, flailed about in panic and got my refund within the same day I asked for it. Feels bad, but it was a relief to at least get a full refund, and quickly too.

So many "unshipped" reviews the past month, they sure do seem shady. I dunno, I'd love to see these guys do better and get rated highly in the future.

Ordered and never showed up, if I could give zero stars I would. Won't risk using this company again.

I ordered an 'in stock' amd rysen 9 and had to ask for tracking details as they did not offer them. They gave a dhl tracking number, fast forward till its past due for delivery and dhl say that tracking number was registered but never actually scanned ot attached to a delivery.

After contacting them and having them break their delivery promises twice more i suggested one more chance and then id have to cancel. They took this as me requesting a cancel and refund for some reason. Fine.

2-3 business days for refund has turned into 7 business days and they ve stopped replying to my messages.

Contacted amazon and they ll have my refund in a couple of business days.

Meanwhile i ordered from a more reputable seller one evening and recieved it the very next afternoon.

Seriously dodgy seller.

scam site,check out there feedback on amazon too,they strung me along for over a month saying dhl have lost the parcel and that they would be sending me another, must of had 5 emails with new delivery dates, still nothing,now they have stopped replying, had to get my refund threw amazon, seriously ,avoid, there previous company went under, these people are scamming.

24th June 2020 Placed order via Amazon for a CPU for a new-build work PC, to replace one which is crashing. I only ordered from vendors showing "in stock" to limit my wait.
6th July 2020 Amazon order updates with a DHL collection reference. DHL are ready to receive parcel from Xstra but it never comes.
16 July 2020 - Date it should have arrived. Logged a complaint that I have not had a tracking update. Was told they needed to check with DHL which could take 24/48 hours - which takes into Saturday 19th July.
20 July 2020 - Asked for an update, and was promised: "you can expect to receive the new shipment on Wednesday the 22th of July, Thursday the 23rd of July at the latest."
23rd July - no delivery. Asked for a refund from Amazon and got confirmation I will get that refund in under 4 minutes! Did the research I should have done at the start and found all these other TrustPilot reviews and warnings. Sadly added one more.

STAY AWAY: Xstra Digital Storage is a complete scam company. They will take your money, give you a DHL tracking code, then offer you a small refund (that you won't get) and say that the item will be delivered but never will. Check other reviews. Scam company. Also have 2.3 star rating on Google. Check the negative reviews on Amazon. Avoid like the plague.
