It takes some time to deliver my item but still good.

Good and reliable company. Cheap price, voor good quality. I have been waiting a while for my graphics card but it's a bit difficult in the current situation.

Ordered a GPU in mid December, was supposed to be delivered in December. I had still not received the GPU on March 29th. So I canceled the order. At least I got my money back...

Well it took some time to get to my place, but is not eazy to work under this pandemic conditions so i give 5 stars, the product is what i ask for and its really well packaged!

Ordered a i9-9900k processor for a nice price. It was delivered in two days to my door via fedex

The site was very explenatory and my experience was very satisfying. The live chat was super usefull and the note about the delay for any GPU order was very noticable. I recomend to chat first and ask for what gpu is available so as not to wait(if you are in a hurry). The personal was super helpfull. I would defenetly order again. I received my tracking number via email and am awaiting my order. Fingers Croshed

Paid for a hard drive in April 2020. Despite numerous messages and involvement of Amazon, nothing has arrived and we have no refund either. DO NOT USE!

Today I witnessed a very disappointing message From Xtra Digital Storage. I bought a GPU it said It was in stock on CDON.
(Yes I Write in English So This Company can read This message.)

I buy it with no hesitation because I buy regularly on CDON.

Then some days after I notice they take it out of stock on CDON no big deal, I just thought I was lucky to get one.

Some more days after the purchase I get a email that they delayed my order to the 30 of January. And Would be SHIPPED that day.

I wait til the 2 of Feb no response from the company that my order has shipped.

Then I decide to contact them and ask about my order.
What they said was: we are out of stock. And they MIGHT get Cards in march. EXCUSE ME?!

They literally told me a half month ago it was in stock and would be shipped to me.

TL:DR Xtra digital storage lie about stock and don't give a damm about notifying you.

Ordered my gpu at nov 27. Said to ship 13th of december, Contacted support at dec 23 since i had not even got a tracking number then. They said that my gpu would ship in the next week, called them then and they said it wouldn’t be stocked again (?) So i asked them to replace it. They didn’t have anything i wanted in stock but they said they could ship the first week of february. Called today and he said i would have to wait until april, got my refund atleast. Not worth saving a 50-60eur. Such a waste of time, emails & calls. Atleast Stefan is very kind and helpful.

Great prices and free shipping. But i pay for faster shipping because i do not want to wait.
I have used them several times and never had any problem!

Ordered Seagate IronWolf HDD over 2 months (!!!) ago. They said they have in stock then, and still do, while in reality they don't have it.

Same experience as virtually everyone else: no delivery, after 12 workdays I contacted their customer service. They claimed delayed delivery from their providers etc. Cancelled my order and placed order with a different provider, who delivered in 24 hours.

Original order was placed on CDON.com, but it turned out to be Xstra Digital Services who were supposed to deliver. No communication about delays or anything else until I contacted them.

Avoid like the plague.

Same as most ppl here.
Ordered an nvme ssd from them through CDON and it showed up as in stock.
Ordered it 30/11 2020 and was promised delivery within 5 days.
I heard nothing from them at all and nothing showed up in the mail, so the 21:st of dec i decided to write a complaint and ask what was going on.
They apologize and say it will arrive the next week. The 23 a label is created at FedEx but they have not sent my ssd (wich i have payed for) there.
Got a new response from them today and apparently the new eta is the 13th of January.
This is the last chance i am giving them bc i don't want to go to all the hassle of reclaiming my money. Looking forward to being disappointed.

Completely unreliable and deceitful, will never use them again!

I ordered a motherboard from Xtra digital storage through CDON.se on the 27th of November 2020. It was supposed to be shipped in 5 to10 working days. Now January 5th 2021, they inform me that it will be shipped in February 2021 at the "latest". This is the second time that they gave me a date that it would be shipped at the "latest". First time was back in mid December, it was supposed to be shipped on the 22nd of December 2020, at the LATEST.

Now I asked for a cancellation and a refund. I hope they can at least provide this service.

Pretty much the same experience as everyone else. Don't deal with this company, save money and time.

Ordered a Ryzen 7 3700 CPU on 26/11. After 3 weeks still no delivery. They created the FedEx shipping label on the 30/11, but so far FedEx has not even picked up. The support of Xstra answers at least, but they are selling stuff they do not have in storage and they lie about the delivery date. I ordered via CDON and did unfortenately not see that Xstra is the seller. DO NOT BUY from Xstra, even if the price seems to be good. They are cheaters.
