Lack of communication and confirmation that they have received my order, if it’s sent or not. I got what I wanted two weeks after purchase, which was postponed. But I got what I wanted and it was legit and not fake. I love my product but the process was not optimal.

Been waiting for my GPU since december 2020 - got an order confirmation and delivery date. But still no GPU. And no one cares - no one mailing me telling me it's late or propose an alternative GPU.
I'm tired of bad customer support and waiting forever.
ANSWER:
I have just been told by you, that can't give me an alternative card.
And please stop BS me - there have been sent no emails from you guys in the past 8 months. And even though you get GPU in stock over time, you are not willing to give me an alternative card. You told me by mail. Shame on you!
If you really want to do differently - look up this order numer: 77389153
I have been mailing you since december 2020 - many times, but every time you just say that you haven't got a gpu for me. Stop lying.

I ordered a GPU at the end of may 2021...
i ordered a GPU at the end of may 2021, the MSI Radeon RX 5500XT MECH OC 8GB DDR6. However i did get updated on the GPU shortage and the possible long waiting-times, the costumer support did not give usable info about a decent replacement when asked for info or help but instead they mailed me a list of available GPU's only to discover that the only even more expensive price-wise equivalent of this GPU is an old outdated asus GTX 1650 4GB DDR5 one for Christ sake... They let you pay more money for a far far more worse product then you bought and that is just terrible!
Short Review: A bad customer support ,the advertising of products they can't deliver, poor after-sale management, and an over-all bad customer experience which is sad (i got the Xstra website from a friend who advertised it a lot to me)
disappointed and fooled!

Refund accepted? WHAT!
TL;DR:
I requested a refund and it got accepted fast. Cudos to you Xstra, you didn't steal my money.
I ordered a CPU from them and within 24 hours I hadn't gotten a order confirmation from them. As a normal, non-paranoid human, I went onto their trustpilot to check the fabulous reviews they'd gotten. Low and behold the reviews were about as negative as you can expect from an online marketplace. However these reviews are saying that the product gets delayed a lot and the product never arrives. As such I went the refund route, and to my surprise the refund was accepted within 12 hours.

I ordered a graphics card in january
I ordered a graphics card in january, have still not got it. I know they will keep telling you that there is a shortage worldwide but common buddy, half a year and the product is still not here..
Im writing my review here because xtras costumer service is beyond bad. They have not once updated me with delays or anything. I have been the one asking about my product and asking when its going to get delivered. And if you guys dont have the product then you can maybe concider offering a similar product to your costumers.
The last time I contacted xtra was in early april. I even told them in that message to keep me updated about my product, but no info has been informed after that. This just proofs that this company doesnt care about their costumers.
But remember guys, you can maybe wait for your product in months and never get it but you can always get your money back! What a deal

No delivery
Ordered a a Graphics Card in February, announced delivery time was then 50-60 Days. It changed after my Order to 70-80. Over 90 Days later i contacted their support, asking about the Status. Answer: Maybe you can get it in Q3 or Q4, but you can cancel the Order if you want to. Needless to say the Product got way more expensive now. Dont sell stuff you dont have.

Such a scam company
Such a scam company. Tried to return a hard drive that did not work upon delivery. They responded with an automatic email stating that I should provide pictures on the hard drive from all six sides. I did that right away but they never responded after that. This was over a month ago. Do not buy from this company. Ever.
Edit: I can confirm that Xstra tried to call me and email me regarding this matter after my review. I will update my rate experience from 1 to 2 stars based on this.

Avoid at all price
One of the worse customer experience I ever had.
In case of hype on a product, they cancel selling contract stating that they don’t have items in stock just to put them on sale at a higher price again…
After this they admit but do not care. Buy somewhere serious, not there.
