Our light stopped working after 3 months. After emailing the company they have provided excellent customer service and have replaced the faulty item. So pleased to deal with a company that cares about their customers.

The product is perfect for holiday lets, or any other home where lighting at night during a power failure would create panic. Bought for our business, home, and will treat our parents next. It's brilliant that the nightlight can be turned off for bedrooms.

I have had an extra lite for several years. The sensor seems to have failed. So I immediately ordered another one.

The Xtralite Omni light is compact, easy to install and a very good price. It’s perfect for the dark cupboard under the stairs.

Good sturdy product works just as required. Replacement for old model which lasted longer than expected.

Very pleased to see repacement cradles for the nightlight were available. A power surge killed the original ones. These replacements got them going again.
It is a shame that the earlier versions of the light with smaller hole are not available.

Very prompt delivery of NiteSafe X2 Twin Security Floodlight. The unit is very easy to fit and produces a bright light. This is our second unit so we know the batteries are easy to replace and the low battery light prepares you before the unit stops functioning. Great product!

We had already had,this type of light for many years,and until recently,had not had any problems ,so we decided to buy the same make,otherwise we would have needed to get somebody to fix it up for us,but by doing this ,it fitted perfectly in the original base,
It arrived within two days,then it took Royal Mail,just as long to deliver
If this light lasts as long as the other one,I will be very pleased.
