Arrived quickly, luxurious looking and great quality. We ordered the super king and its so big, its amazing.
Boxes were super heavy when they arrived, instructions a little hard to follow on assembly but overall a great bed ! Me and my boyfriend are happy.

Quality of this bed is outstanding! It arrived so quickly and my husband had no trouble putting it together. The ottoman opens and closes very smoothly and the amount of storage is amazing. Absolutely love my new bed and such great value! Would definitely recommend. Only suggestion would be a wider range of colours we went for the light grey which is nice but still quite dark. A lighter grey or cream/beige would be nice.

So glad I bought this bed. It’s so comfy. Every morning when I wake up I think why did I wait so long to change my bed.

The self build was a bit daunting and took a good 4 hours - but totally worth it.

The bed is great quality and fast delivery. The instructions (especially the images) could be clearer. Very impressed for the price! If instructions were clearer it would be 5 stars.

My son's girlfriend recommended Yark beds, she bought one a year ago. We have not been disappointed, we are pleased with the bed
it's solid and looks exactly as advertised online. It was easy for my husband to assemble too.

After my review about the broken frame Yark beds contacted me and replaced the frame. The new frame is foldable so fits through the stairs with no problem.

This company has 5 Star customer service.

Updated again still waiting 3 months for a missing part keep being delayed but same design beds are continued to be sold
So there are parts!
As I can still sleep in the bed I'm told it's fine but never mind the fact I've paid £100 for the ottoman feature upgrade I can't use, I also had the same issue with delivery guys were shocking
Here is a true timeline of my messages
In liaison with trading standards
It's def part J which I reported the day of delivery 27th October
On 28th October I was advised the part was received and being sent that day then later in the day I'm told I only need 1 part not 2 and its now out of stock just hours after I'm told its in the post?
If I only needed 1 part then instructions would of been made to show 1 part - this part hold the central panel one at each ends and it is the central panel which holds the ottoman boards up so the u der bed storage can be used
On the 29th October I'm now told the part won't be in stock until the end of November
Then on 30th October I have a patronising message saying I don't need part J I can still use the bed - yes I can sleep on the bed but cannot use the feature I paid an extra £100 for
Then on 11th December I have another message after querying still not having the part and I'm told another months delay
I should not be waiting 3 months for a part
I will be taking up with trading standards as I've had enough waiting now

Cannot recommend this company enough. Beautiful quality....... just a fantastic company

Absolutely love our new bed! Also the customer service was top notch I did ask them about 1000 questions before we purchased and they were super quick in their response and so helpful! The 48 hour delivery was fab! Excellent quality for the price!! Would 100% recommend!! Thanks guys!!!

When it came to buying this bed, I had literally spent weeks scouring furniture shops and the internet, but just couldn’t find one that matched what I was looking for. I had a specific check list; double size, foot-opening gas-lifting ottoman bed - on legs - (rather than flat to the floor which was tricky to find!), with a winged headboard (but winged at the top only, which was another challenge), made from good quality wood and material, silver colour, without a long wait for delivery and without being horrendously expensive! Then one day during another online search, an advert for Yark popped up. I checked out the website and was absolutely blown away by the idea of designing my own bed, which just so happened to include all of the elements I was looking for, and at a very reasonable price! Thinking it was almost too good to be true, I spent a long time reading the reviews, which were overall, very good, so I went for it....and I was not disappointed!!! The ordering process was so easy (excellent web design), my bed arrived within 10 days and everything inside was as expected. No damage or missing parts. Instructions were clear and assembly relatively straightforward. I enlisted help as the bed frame is heavy! Good quality materials have indeed been used. This bed looks so sturdy and expensive and the ottoman offers a whole wardrobe’s worth of space to hide away all of my off-season clothes, shoes and linen!! Storage space is such a luxury so this design is genius. The finish is to a very high standard all over, plus, my memory foam mattress fits very comfortably on top without swallowing up the headboard, which is another thing that Yark have been clever to take into consideration, whilst other companies haven’t. There is so much attention to detail in the design. I cannot applaud Yark enough. The quality and the price is outstanding. I am a very happy customer! I wish I could post photos of the bed here. It is beautiful.

Very good service and delivery by Yark. I requested the free samples prior to purchase which really helped and the material on the bed is bang on. With delivery from big furniture stores being months due to Covid I was especially happy that I could place my order then pick a day the following week for delivery. Assembly for a kingsize is doable with 1 person but always easier if you have 2 people. Draws slide in perfectly and do not stick out

Great value for money, very well made and delivered when I asked for it.....very pleased
