Super quick delivery. Very easy assembly, bed looks 10 times the price we paid. Will defo recommend to everyone

Really impressed with the quality and the speed of delivery, instructions could be clearer but your youtube video is a great addition.

Bought one of the Yark ottoman beds a month ago and it is really great. It is comfortable and doesn’t creak (so far) and has a really decent amount of storage space to it. I liked being able to customise the material, and it really is true that there is an extra level of care put into the upholstery.

A couple of things meant it wasn’t an truly excellent experience though: firstly the delivery was to the doorstep (I appreciate that because of covid it isn’t appropriate to be delivering to a specified room) and the drivers were so keen to offload that they brought the three packages in with no time to consider how I would move it upstairs, effectively trapping me in my own hall.
Secondly, when constructing it, whilst I was a fan of the video, the instructions don’t make it explicitly clear that the ottoman base has no pre-drilled holes for the central support beam (what you rest the base panels on). You have to measure the centre of the headboard and base board and drill your own holes, making sure they line up. (Charge a drill in advance..!) It felt very strange to be drilling into something brand new to effectively do the job of Yark, and yet it’s a step that you can’t progress without doing. We also realised when constructing it that due to the type of fixtures provided (brackets with long thin gaps) it is possible to screw parts together and be inches out (too wide or not wide enough) when you come to assemble the bed and add the slats. Another realisation that meant we had undo our work and then correct it, which for two people (with a decent amount of experience putting together flat-pack furniture) meant over six hours to make a bed - I think that’s pretty ridiculous!

The product is worth it in the end, and as long as you go into the assembly with the right tools and a free afternoon I’m sure you’ll love it too.

We bought a super king size ottoman. The bed looks lovey and is good quality.

The instructions to make the bed are extremely poor and the YouTube video isn’t much better as there are no close up shots and it’s hard to keep going back to rewatch the same thing. It equally shows one man doing it alone which must be a lie as it took me and my husband over 3 hours as a pair. I genuinely believe that because of that we’ve had a few issues with the bed catching / making noises because we’ve probably not put it together as well as it could have been.

Yark really need to invest in a better instruction booklet with clear steps and pictures.

Lovely king sized ottoman bed which unfortunately proved a little more difficult to put together than anticipated (the husband had a few choice words whilst making it 🤣). However it does look fabulous and I have no regrets about ordering it. There is so much storage space it has made a big difference to our bedroom.
The ordering process was super simple and was able to choose the exact date, delivery was well communicated and on time.
Customer service was fabulous and after seeing the price of my bed drop after ordering, Yark reimbursed the difference which I thought was extremely kind of them.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 😊

Ordered my Yark Double Bed with the ottoman option. Delivery was quick and easy. I will say it weights a ton, however this reflected when the bed is fully assembled, with a great finish and weight to the overall bed. The bed doesn’t move and make any noises, easy to assemble following the installation video. I’ve been looking for a new bed for a long time and had come across so many. Seeing the Yark website and what the offered. Immediately I knew this was the right bed. And I’m very pleased with my choice. The price is excellent for the quality and build you get from Yark. And seeing different types off bed from well known retailers and the high price tag. It really surprised me when I saw Yark and I thought they won’t be good quality. Seeing the Instagram and Trust Pilot Reviews reassured me! If your looking for a new bed Yark is the one. Easy and simple and no messing about.

Had a small issue with the ottoman boards. And I emailed the customer service and immediately it was sorted. The next day the replacement had arrived. I was surprised as it was less the 12 hours I reported the issue.

Overall fantastic bed. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one! Look forward to seeing new products from Yark 👍🏻

The quality of the bed is really good. Lovely fabric - light grey. We chose the 4 drawer option, with a winged headboard. The drawers already had wheels fitted making it a much easier construction. This is our second bed now from Yark as we were so thrilled with the first.
The delivery is so quick with very polite and helpful delivery drivers.
However, The instructions to build are poor. We had to use our own initiative.

Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Ordered on the Thursday, delivered on the Monday, great communication leading up to it arriving on my doorstep. Warning though, the beds are solid and quite heavy, it took two of us to get it up the stairs. Relatively easy for the two of is to build, quite straightforward. Material is gorgeous, I was a bit apprehensive after purchase wondering if i should have bought something i hadn't seen in person, but needn't have worried. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again or reccomend.

Quality is excellent and customer service is great! Bought a basic bed frame and they didn’t have it on stock. So it was upgraded to ottoman for free to fulfill my order.

Absolutely love my new bed, the quality is outstanding and can't quite believe it for the price!

The instructions manual was a little difficult to follow and took us about 3 hours to build, but worth it.

Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely buy again.

Delivery service was great and they helped me bring the date forwards.

Only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is that the online instructions would be better if for more than just ottoman version and the written instructions should advise building the frame first I feel.

This bed is the best quality and I’ve had the best customer service!
Months ago I went shopping for a new bed and went to all the normal furniture/bed shops. I purchased a bed from a well known company that quoted me 2 MONTHS for delivery. Luckily for me, after 3.5 months they couldn’t find where the bed was (pathetic) so I got a refund and found yark. I ordered my yark bed and it arrived with 2 DAYS. This bed is soooo nice, 10x better than the beds I was looking at in the shops which were also more expensive. You will not be disappointed and if you do have ANY issues or queries at all, the customer service team come back to you ASAP. I highly recommend this company.

Teething problems with delivery have been forgotten. Firstly, the customer service dealt with it incredibly well. Secondly, the bed is absolutely fabulous. Incredible quality and simply beautiful! The fabric is luxurious, buttoning deep, I am in love. I am so glad I went for it after over a year! of research. Trust me, it’s hard to find a match for Yark quality.

Excellent quality bed, heavy sturdy and quality timbers and fabrics.

You can see beds similar to this for a cheaper price however the build quality is not the same as these.
