Good quality bed
I'm pleased with the quality of the bed and the fabric and the delivery process was smooth.
The only reason I took a star off was because we found it quite difficult to put the ottoman bed together. It took a lot longer than suggested. It is also a lot harder using just a screwdriver and not having any electric tools - it was frustrating watching the video which used an electric screwdriver or drill! With the ottoman bed there were also a few holes that weren't pre-drilled which was a pain.

We couldn’t be happier with the ordering experience and the bed is incredible! We placed our order with ease online, it arrived when they said it would, assembled like the video described and is exactly what we wanted and expected. We sent a few questions via Instagram DM and they were answered in minutes - literally no complaints!

Love the bed! Quality is amazing and exactly what we wanted. Great that you can design your own. Delivery and communication was brilliant also. Shipped in numerous boxes so easier to manoeuvre up stairs etc. Building the bed was a bit of an issue and took a while due to the instructions, included a video which was brilliant but we ordered an ottoman bed which required us to drill our own hole in the headboard which was a slight issue and caused a delay with building so just be prepared if you order the ottoman style

Beautiful bed. Really great quality. It’s incredibly heavy so it was a nightmare getting it up two flights of stairs but the bed is packaged in three different boxes which helps a little with this! Colour and fabric is lovely

Great experience.
Arrived on time. Delivery was no problem. Ensemble was very straight forward. I had an issue so messaged over Facebook and recieved a response within a few minutes which solved my problem (I had the side panels on the wrong sides)

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was emailed and texted to let me know the status of my order. I ordered the bed on the Thursday, to be delivered on the Saturday. Courier emailed to let me know a delivery timeframe the night before. Detailed tracking was available to let me know how many stops away they were. Bed arrived exactly on time.

The bed was easy enough to put together using the instructions provided, though we did use the instruction/assembly video for a couple of bits. I’d say it took us about 2 hours to assemble. The bed feels very sturdy and solid, and great quality.

I will say the bed is extremely heavy (I bought the double ottoman with the tall headboard). This does suggest the quality is good, but do bear it in mind. We had to take all the pieces out of the boxes downstairs, and take each piece upstairs individually (couriers can’t take to room of choice due to Covid). Also once fully assembled, it’s pretty impossible to move. So assemble it exactly where you want it.

I’m just hoping it won’t be too difficult to disassemble, as we are due to move at some point and would love to be able to take the bed with us :)

Excellent bed. Great quality. Despite receiving the wrong headboard the team acted quickly and a new one was delivered in no time. The delivery guys were also amazing Very pleased with the service but most of all my new bed. Happy as Larry. 😎

Ordering to delivery was flawless.
Communication following confirmation of order through to informing me of the courier, the tracking information and date and time of when it was due to arrive.
The courier company were also equally amazing, communication, phone calls before they arrived, carrying it up two flights of stairs for me, they were amazing.
The bed quality is outstanding, I built it myself with just a screwdriver, it took me longer to taken everything out of the box as the packaging is that strong! The bed is stunning and the fabric is excellent. I ordered through Instagram too and the pictures do not do these beds any justice.

After loads of research, I went with Yark for our new ottoman bed. I was a little nervous about going with a smaller company (compared to the usual bed companies) but the experience was great. Delivered quickly, by friendly delivery team, I'm so pleased with the bed I wanted an ottoman with a solid base (many have just a sheet) and this is what it has. Light grey material is lovely and headboard really completes the look. Attentive customer service team answering questions really quickly. Very happy!

We bought a bed about a year and a half ago now and still regretting it. Had problems with various things including inaccurate instructions, inaccurate description of height, bottom boards didn’t fit properly and were stained, frame dips in the middle and has no support legs or T- bar. Ultimately this has been the biggest problem. The bed dips in the middle. We bought a new mattress then sent it back thinking it was dipping in the middle only to realise that it was actually the bed. We wanted to return it for a refund but didn’t have the original packaging and the return cost was excessive. I sent numerous emails and photos to Yark asking for help and a resolution. They finally gave us a small refund but the fact remains that we have a bed which is not functional and has caused my husband’s arthritis to get significantly more painful. He has been seeing a physio who asked about his bed and suggested it could be a major contributor! After several months I contacted them again and they said they would send a new slat frame to see if that would solve the problem but it has never arrived. It was going to be a huge hassle disposing of the faulty one too! I put it down to COVID initially as this was just before lockdown but a year later it still hasn’t arrived. I have had to use the bottom boards to put on top of the frame and under the mattress to make the bed not dip in the middle. It is an improvement but now it is so heavy that it needs two people to open the ottoman part to get things from inside. It wasn’t the cheapest bed by any means and we couldn’t justify just disposing of it and buying another one. We have just bought a £250 double ottoman from Argos for our son which does not have any of these problems, has a support for the middle bar and makes us wish we hadn’t trusted Yark who had few reviews at the time and no Trustpilot presence. This is why I am writing this now as although we noticed issues straight away, I want to point out that nothing has changed and we are still stuck with a defective bed months later. I rarely write reviews or complain about purchases but this one has been a huge mistake. Anyone planning to buy should be aware that this could happen.

Such good quality, really sturdy solid bed and a very reasonable price. Parts are good quality, not cheap tatt. Looks twice as expensive as it was. Delivery super quick, took a few hours to build (one person) and a few small adjustments needed. Emailed customer service and got a response with helpful, friendly advice after a couple of hours (it was our error, the base boards weren't fitting but we adjusted the sideboards and voilà, perfect). Spent ages choosing which company to order from and in the end didn't trust the quality/service from the "insta-companies" and would rather pay a fraction more for a reliably good product with fab reviews (how bad can it be if the only criticisms about Yark is their assembly instructions?). Would definitely recommend, 10/10. Thank you!

We absolutely love our bed! Delivery was spot on and communication clear. The bed itself was relatively easy to put together but was definitely a two person job and the instructions around the middle support bar could be improved slightly, think it needs to be clear that you are expected to drill through the fabric to install the middle support. The video instruction idea was great but maybe a few close ups and stills could improve the useability. All in all, the process was good and the bed frame itself is fantastic! Sturdy, stylish and sleek. We’re really happy and would definitely buy from Yark again.
