Thoughtful, tailored advice
Fiona took us carefully through the issues that were relevant to us, listening to our comments and questions and adapting her advice accordingly. It all started with an AD on Facebook…
It all started with an AD on Facebook regarding keeping your home warmer this winter and fill out this form for further hints and tips…I then received a call from Abbas a week before Christmas where a “warmer home pack” was sent to me as well as an indepth appointment being booked for 2nd Jan with Prav. I wasn’t sure what to expect from my call with Prav and contemplated cancelling the appointment, but I am so so glad that I didn’t! I learnt so much in 30minutes! Theres so much help and advice out there as well as little pockets that bigger companies or even government don’t tell you about, that is there and available to all! I was sceptical about taking the call and thought it would be a waste of time but it really wasn’t! By the time Ive completed the tasks ive set myself following my phone call with Prav, I will have saved myself £100’s of £’s! The free packs that were sent out were an absolute godsend! Silly things like a radiator key, a keyring torch, window/door draft excluders…silly things that you dont think you need but when you get them and use them, you realise you needed them all along!
Thank you so much to Prav for all his help and advice and also thank you to Abbas too, who carried out the first initial call that set up the appointment with Prav - you both made the process so much easier than I thought it would be, you both explained things and terms that I didn’t fully understand with no issues at all and in fact turned the conversations into light hearted conversations about serious topics.
You’re both assets to the company and I hope this review reaches you both - Thank you again I really appreciate it!

I cannot recommend the services of YES energy staff highly enough. The gentleman who called me back was Prav M and he just made my day... empathy was his middle name, his experience shone through. We were able to have a good laugh while talking about sensitive stuff and he has done his best to get me whats needed to navigate my way through winter and beyond!!!
