Hey! I had very unpleasant situation with this agency. I went to work at Post Nl in Den Bosch. I did not like the job and decided to quit after one shift. Of course, according to them, the hours were not registered because of the Post NL. It is hard for me to believe as you will read on Trustpilot, this agency has frequent issues with payouts. I spoke today with my recruiter and they are not able to tell me when I will get paid for my hours…

The company, for its part, did everything professionally, very kind and responsive employees.

I am Sergio's and from my experience its would nice introduced interview with presentation and welcoming manager -Host wich was open to answer questions and was explaining in both Languages the details and requirements for the job I its for couple period of time and see haws it going hope its would be well

I worked for young capital in June. The date is 13th of Novemeber, I’m now receiving the 400 euros they owed me. I tried to reach out multiple times after my contract was up and got not response. Please do yourself a favour, do not use this agency.

The capital agent was very helpful, fast and informative.

I give them one star because it’s impossible to give 0.

I finished my job 3 weeks ago, and still the owe me almost 1000€ plus vakantieuren and vakantiegeld.

They’re withholding wages without a reason, the system of submitting the declarations is shit and the salaries are incomplete.They deduct random amount without a reason and if you try to contact them there is no dialogue.

Everyone is on vacation and you are left with bills to pay.

This company can help nobody. They are just liers who like downgrading people with attitude. Maybe some kind of dirty money wash that they don't care for people in need. DON'T TRUST THEM DON'T SUPPORT THEM CANCEL YC.

The employees at this company do not seem to care about its customers. After using their platform for a couple months, I've noticed some things.

1. They rarely come back to you with information regarding applications you sent out, or interviews you've gone to.

2. You'd have to chase them down/bother them to get a reply.

3. They make promises they don't uphold.

I have heard countless people talk about the payment issues, tough I myself haven't been able to even get a job. I do not recommend using YoungCapital.

Data fraud happend most likely known by Young Capital but they didn't inform me about it. Also the company I worked for didn't pay out for my hours and travel costs and Young Capital didn't care. After 3 weeks unpaid work they were not even noticing it. When I mentioned it they couldn't do anything about it. Conclusion is that in 2024 Young Capital seems no longer trustworthy.

I am very disappointed with my experience with YoungCapital. They did not help me at all in my job search. They would plan phone calls with me but then never call. When I try to call them, no answer. I would only receive an email days later saying that the job was already taken. No apology provided for keeping me waiting or not calling me back. I would sometimes even receive emails saying that they had tried to contact me, when that was not the case at all.
In addition, despite my Dutch being at level B2-C1, I was told by a recruiter that my language level would not be good enough for the positions I wanted to apply for. This was not only discouraging, but also felt like an unfair assessment.
All in all, YoungCapital did not help me and I would not recommend their services to others. They made me feel like I was just wasting their time if they ever actually called me or if they answered my calls. In the end they just kept wasting my time and discouraging me.

Six months after I quit my YoungCapital job, I suddenly received a message that I got paid too much money and that I needed to pay back an amount of more than 200 euro's! There was no additional clarification on the periods that I got paid too much and customer service doesn't seem to know anything. I enjoyed my time but this is a weird and unfriendly ending. Wouldn't recommend!

Some very young almost teenage-like people messed up my paychecks and I had to wait for weeks until I received my money. They had a lot of excuses why things went bad. Very young unexperienced and unfriendly people.

Received a call on the Saturday morning saying I was not a fit for a vacancy I applied for. Ok, then we agreed to match me for more suitable vacancies, should any arise.
However, the Monday next week, I received a call from them saying they will put my profile forward again for the vacancy that was not a good fit for me.
The team really should know how to communicate to each other and update their systems on matching candidates to roles.

2000 mails per day not able to unsubscribe, no posibilities at all.. they say go to your settings, this does not exist in there website... HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THIS TERRIFIC MAILING LIST....

Some scamm employees and scamm agency avoid this rat company, i got friends who work 40h a week and they get paid 20h. Avoid this scammers at all costs, cockroach agench of exploit !!

PLEASE DO RESEARCH ABOUT THIS COMPANY BEFORE YOU GO INTO BUSINESS WITH THEM-> ALOT OF NEGATIVES TO FIND UPFRONT.
YC does not pay you salary (in time), are very hard to get in contact with and when you finally get contact they direct you too somebody else who is surprisingly not in at the moment and they ask you to call back DAYS after, leaving the employee without any (hard earned ) money on New Year’s Eve.

Madam A. Probst, does not even manage to email back anymore.

Very unprofessional, I hope you do something about your staff.

Leave people that apply for jobs in the cold when interested is not there anymore, without any feedback whatsoever.

I was so lucky having had three professional YC ladies who recruited and helped me during my employment. Zoe Groenewegen, Shanna Pakeezha and recently Eva. Very professional in their dealings with extra warmth and personal touch on the side. Excellent service. Had no issues at all with anything. Thank you YC!
