I was appointed for full time work like 40 hours in week but i got work in first week 4 days and other week 10 hours and in the third week i have zero hour for work ... i think choose of young capital is my bad choice and i also recommend to others please beside

To be honest i was in doubt cause im an english speaker and usually companies and recruiters always look down on me just because i cant speak dutch yet. Its so irritating to hear “you dont have the abilities” while i work in a lot of area. But Young Capital help me since the first time i sign up. They alert me if theres no job etc. its not always you sending cv but they reaching out to you too. And that feels nice.
