It’s really bad company they won’t help employees which apply for a job! They just call once and never call you again even if you call them 4x they won’t answer!

Everybody is helpful and quick to respond to queries on whatsapp.

Bad service, always late with payouts, blaming the bank. They made a mistake for the end date, and they cannot change the end date and first telling me to wait 4 weeks until i get my last money, been 8 weeks already and still nothing. Also told i had 4 weeks payment, which was a week, which made me get problems on my WW. Horrible customer service, telling you to call you back but they never did. Do not work for them !

Terible company,always lying about salary,all the time you have to ask for your money,never got salary on time. When you start questioning when to expect for money they start to be rude and angry. So stay away from this incopetent company.

Young Capital Haarlem - rude and not helping. I am 22 years old woman from abroad, I have been in the agency to help me with finding a place to work. One guy told me that for me the only possibility is to throw garbage , because I don’t know fluent Dutch. I tried a lot of times to apply online for jobs that are only for English speaking people, but they don’t even call. I called the number of Haarlem agency provided on the website and the lady very rudely told me that there is no English job despite the fact that there were at least 5 jobs in their site. Very rude people and not helpful

System is sucks, nobody can help from YoungCapital side,just wasting time, not worthitat all.

They never respond to emails or Whatsapp messages. There is zero communication from them. Like they only want to get paid and that is it. If you want a serious job don’t try it here. It’s not worth it

Not disability confident.
Mentioned needing a phased start to full time work (as they have requirements id need to adjust to) & was told i don't qualify as they need someone available 7 days a week as the rota changes every week - no exceptions.
The jobs are mostly from recruitment companies as with indeed, & other job sites. Or pools for places with high turnovers.

I worked here a year ago, i only got a short call from the recruiter and then got the job. Quite weird as i handled quite confidential and important information. However, i tried to get work from there again. These recruiters (5 different people) all wasted my time as they did not understand the 'wants' of the teammanagers and had to inform me after 2 weeks of interviews that i wasnt a initial good fit. it was the same with each and every one of them. And recently now a recruiter that had ghosted me for 2 weeks contacted me via TEXT that i could have an interview and then forgets to send me any time of information about the interview except a text with '' it'll be 16:15 then''. Everything about this company is so damn mid.

About everything that can go wrong in a company, will definitely go wrong here. They claim that you can make much more hours at a job than you actually can. Getting called off many days. Getting sent home after 2-3 hours because 'There is no more work'. Not getting your pay in time, not getting enough pay, not getting your travel costs back, or not enough, even though they said you will. When you're ill they don't put you ill in the legal way. So now I have bodily damage from this job (still have it a year later) and nothing I can do about it because they did not handle calling in sick the way it is legally supossed to in the Netherlands. So they just say I was never ill and they did not know about my situation at all. Even though I told them many of times. They just say 'Good luck proving that. You won't be able to. Goodbye.' Managers made racist remarks. Getting in contact with anyone there can be incredibly hard at times, but they will for sure find you. Getting texts, emails and calls mutiple times if I want to go back to this job, but explaining that I want them to stop ever getting in contact with me again because of the way they treated me and I still have bodily damage that impacts my everyday live doesn't make them stop either. But they will also not respond to that.
If I knew all if this before, I'd never, ever, did a job for them. I am impaired for life just to earn a few hundred euros during Christmas. Please don't ever do the same and if you do, stand your grounds. Check and double check everything. Because they will screw you over in any way possible.

As long as you are a foreigner they will keep giving you labour jobs if you apply for office jobs they won’t even reply or acknowledge
Once you apply as a corn picker they will start calling you

I tried to apply to a job through their service and it seemed to have gone great as i was told i had been accepted, along with 6 or so others (during a group interview). However, even after filling out all the app details and calling for help, that I didn’t get the job as they had “already filled their team.
This in itself would just have been normal bad luck, however i found out 2 weeks after the day they said i could start, as after you fill out the paperwork they would contact you. They never did so i called them asking what happened. I had been removed from the selection without being told or anything.
Then, after another month (I already had gotten a job by then) they called me asking if i was still looking for a job. I answer but they “couldn’t hear me”, so i restated but they again “didnt hear me”.
After the third time i had said it, i hung up from sheer frustration.

Even though I unsubscribed from the email and told them i have a job and no longer need any of their service they still bombard me with emails, most of them not even fitting the criteria (eg, i am 16, but they are sending me applications for a job that requires someone 19 or older)

It’s clear that they only make their money off of connecting people with companies, with no regard for the person after, as they have already done all they need to.

After requesting copies of my driving licence, bsn number, residency, passport and selfie of me with my passport (not through a secured app) the people responsible for the vacancies I am interested in don't answer the phone or reply to sms or emails. Clearly I have been phished for everything necessary to steal my identity, now I wait for the news that someone has taken out loans in my name.. I just wanted a job and now am waiting to probably be blacklisted. Don't upload your documents. I wish I hadn't.

Terrible experience!
Got send to a job interview where nobody was there. Owner didn’t know anything about a interview that day. Another recruiter was 15minutes late in our first videocall meeting.
She would introduce me to the company but never heard back from her.
These kids have no idea what their doing! Very unprofessional behavior.

My recruiter is amazing, she is always there when I have a doubt about something, everything is good arranged,I love Young Capital!!

So far so good. I love my job and the people. Pleun my contact is amazing and I am glad she picked me to able to go for this job.

They delay the last payment as long as they can and use weird excuses to justify it.

When you try to tell them that this is illegal, they laugh at you. Not a great look if you ask me.
