Richard Beck was the best adviser…
Richard Beck was the best adviser we’ve ever used and we cannot recommend him enough. After a very long time from our offer being accepted to the sale going through (over 1 year!), Richard kept us informed with the changes and explained everything to us so we fully understand what we needed throughout the process. Especially with all the rates changing drastically. Nothing was ever too much and he ensured everything was sorted and chased asap. Our mortgage application was uploaded efficiently and went smoothly from our side, until the bank caused us a delay and Richard spent a lot of time helping us and chasing everything up for us. He also spent time going through all our insurances to ensure we were on the best deal and again sorted everything for us. I’d highly recommend Richard and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

Speaking with Your Mortgage Decisions was the best thing we could have done. Lee Smith was fantastic from the very start. Clearly outlined our options after listening to what we wanted to achieve and then set about to finding our best options. The whole processes was simple and allowed us to carry on with our own bits instead of worrying about how to sort the new mortgage, wills, and other bits. We would 100% recommend them to anybody in need of help.

A Fantastic Service Throughout!
Our Mortgage Advisor Andy Cutting went above and beyond to get us the best possible deal during an extremely difficult time.
From the offset, Andy delivered all information in a way that was easy for my wife and me to understand. He then kept in touch with us regularly throughout the process to address any concerns we may have had.
We were also very appreciative that Andy was able to take our call at a time that suited us. We both work full-time and have young children so the only time we could speak collectively was out of usual working hours, the flexibility to speak during this time was fantastic.
Overall, the whole renewal was stress-free and he was able to get us a much better deal than what we expected to be paying.
