Struggling with ever increasing mortgage payments and not really knowing what the best option for us would be, I put in an online search which gave me 'Your Mortgage Decisions'. I made an initial enquiry and was later contacted by Lee Smith, who went through our basic details before visiting us at home to go through details in depth. Lee was very professional, listened to our situation and needs and advised accordingly. The information and advice we received was second to none and we completed on our new mortgage in a super fast time. Lee was with us every step of the way and kept us updated on a regular basis. Not only did Lee sort our mortgage, but also referred us for estate planning to, which has also been a positive experience. Lee is still in touch and on hand to answer any questions we may have and believe me I have asked lots... Nothing is too much trouble. Mark Collins has been excellent and has kept us up-to-date with the progress of our re-mortgage from day one to our completion this week. Excellent service from Your Mortgage Decisions and their broker we had Caroline Simmonds. We are first time buyers and had no understanding of the process and what was required. This is a service that provides a comprehensive package taking the customer's requirements and situation as the central factors. Without Mike's expert help, I am certain we could end up with incorrect and/or less cost effective solutions. Lee Smith was our allocated mortgage broker, we could not have been more pleased. He has bags of initiative, he is organised and a really strong communicator. From our first meeting Lee took time to help us with a very personalised service trying to find out our long term financial goals and also how we can release equity out of our home to start a business safely with relatively low risk/impact on our overall financial stability. I always go the impression that he knows his stuff and as he says himself he has been in the business for a long time, which is a real advantage for his clients when wanting support in remortgaging. Throughout the process of our remortgage Lee rang us every week to check in and has always been really punctual to get back to us with answers to our questions. He has supported our new life and critical illness applications as well and he made what can be a stressful and complicated process feel relatively simple.
