The representatives were quick to get back to me, courteous, and fair. The Zen bed was too firm for us and I was concerned by how long the new bed smell lingered since we're sensitive to off-gassing. After a month, the smell was no longer noticeable, but we still hadn't gotten used to the firmness. We were outside of the return window, but the company gave us a partial reimbursement since the bed didn't suit our needs. Companies like this who back their product and go above and beyond are the businesses we want to support.

I had a problem with the mattress but customer service handled everything. It was replaced without question. We are sleeping well.

It wasn't until I purchased a Zen bed that we got a truly great full night's sleep. We not only don't wake each other up by turning over, but I can't recall turning over til morning. A truly great bed.

I love my memory foam mattress. It's very high quality and quickly improved the comfort and tearfulness of my sleep. When I has a question, the customer service was excellent and informed. My order arrived before it was supposed to, as well.

The deluxe memory foam mattress is great, Living Social deal made it super affordable. Be patient for shipping, it may take up to a month. This company has no calling center but customer service is good, although you may not get response the same day. The only thing I didn't like is that they write like robots, very formal, but some companies do that. Another irritating thing is that they can't reveal name of fire retardants they use in the foam for legal reasons, but claim it's non-toxic.

Mattress is very comfortable. Felt like I slept well after a long time. Delivery time could've been lesser but no problems overall.

Ricky and I bought an expensive brand memory foam mattress six years ago and recently bought a Zen mattress off Groupon at a substantial savings. We are so much happier with our Zen product!

I was not a believer in the memory foam bed rush. I am a hot sleeper and couldn't picture not tossing to the cooler side of the bed often. I needed a new bed badly as my old bed was a million pound, frayed, monstrosity! My boyfriend bought me a king size Zen! Honestly, I was still skeptical at first but one night later I was sold! Wasnt tossing around springs, back and hips weren't stiff as a board in the morning, and surprisingly was nice and cool! I'm sold. I haven't slept this well in YEARS!

Really comfortable mattress and pillows. Quality is really good. Was a bit worried by the low price tag, but everything is absolutely great and delivery was super fast. I initially bought a mattress but then went back to get pillows as well.

We actually had a fantastic experience with Zen Bedrooms. As folks with multiple dogs, we've been longing for a king size bed for years now, and frankly never thought we could afford one. But, we saw ZBs deal on Groupon, took a chance, and went for it. An incredible deal, and a few days later our new purchase arrived. We have been more than comfortable ever since! LOVE the bed, thankful for Zen Bedrooms every night!

I love the bed, is so comfortable and sturdy! I no longer have back pain when I sleep! The bed arrived so quick (within a few days of ordering) which was much sooner than anticipated. The pricing is good for the quality of the bed! I opted for the extra cooling gel feature - it seems to help keep me cooler while laying by my husband who emits so much heat from his body.

This has been the best mattress that I have owned - firm, comfortable, and without lumps, bumps or irritating springs.

It's like sleeping on a soft yet supportive pillow. I don't feel the movements of another person in the bed and it's a fraction of the cost of a comparable high end mattress.

I 'found' zenbedrooms via an email offer. Had no idea you could buy memory foam beds online as I figured the shipping would be horrible. Much to my surprise, the product came in a very manageable container, unrolled quickly, and I was passed out on it in no time. Very happy with everything regarding the purchase and product. I had been sleeping on a 13 year old hand me down mattress for the past 4 years. I had sever lower back pain and really bad insomnia. I came across a living social deal and decided to go for it and purchase a zen memory foam mattress with the cooling gel. I get surprised every time I get into bed. It is so comfortable, but not too soft so that I feel like I'm sinking, and not too firm either. No sleeping position hurts my back which means it's easier to fall asleep since I'm not in pain. I don't get hot at night, which is nice, because I have heard that memory foam gets hot. I love it, and I'm so glad I got it.

We ordered the memory foam king mattress and it is the best.
