I bought the king size memory foam mattress, and I love it! It sleeps like a dream! I really love that it's a memory foam mattress because it doesn't lose it's shape. I no longer toss and turn at night, and I don't have to worry about my mattress getting sunk in anymore. Best mattress ever!

I used to have a Tempurpedic mattress and I will say that the Zen Memory Foam mattress I purchased stacks up for about a tenth of the price. Not only was it packed efficiently or move-in to my new apartment but it takes up half the space as my old mattress and is just as comfortable. This is one of the best purchases I have made in a long time and I would order it again if and when this mattress wears out.

The company delivered a great product in less than 2 weeks and since I started using it, my back feels great. I used to wake up in the morning and feel like a train wreck, but this mattress has done wonders for me. I would unequovically recommend this product to all of my friends and family.

I only heard of the company because of a groupon deal (or similar....one of those sites anyway).
£200 for a £999 mattress? I happened to be in the market for one so got my order in ASAP.
The company then upsold me a thicker mattress.

So all in the mattress cost me just shy of £300, including delivery, and at that price, you couldn't buy a memory foam mattress of any quality anywhere else.
It's certainly a comfortable bed to be in! I would totally recommend this companies wares...especially if you can get them on promotion.
Delivery wasn't the swiftest, but I'd imagine they had quite a number of orders to fulfil and I was kept informed throughout.
Basically, buy one.

Heres the deal, everyone are leaving reviews on the customer service or if something happened during shipping or that it takes too long.

Did you guys read that they make the mattress when its ordered? Do you realize we are all human and make mistakes? Do you realize ONCE shipped, it is out of their control for the speed of the carrier?

People are strange and tend to only write reviews to complain...and then there are people who are never happy and never will be...sucks to be them.

Anyways, i had a Sealy Mattress before this and it was double the cost, of course i used groupon for the offer, but still....I have had no back pains since i switched, i was a little skeptical at first because i was never a fan of the feel of memory foam. I say give it at LEAST 2 weeks to try out, it will be a different transition if you arent familiar with memory foam or ever used one. BUT i will tell you that, it has worked great for me. I now love the damn thing and recommend it to my friends.

Review their site, make sure you check the shipping options (i paid $20 more and had it leave the factory within 7 business days). $420 for a 1700 mattress...yes please! Read the fine print, read their recommendations on rotation when you get it and also how long to let it "open up"

Great mattress for the price, i dont know why i ever spent over 1,000 on a mattress before with this deal.

Ask yourself some quesitons too....do you want to keep your back pain? or get rid of it? do you want a $1,700 mattress for $400? Check local stores and see what you'd get for $400...use the groupon!

For my customer service review: it was Ok, this is the only reason i gave it a 4....it took them about 2-3 days to get back to my questions which is OK, but i always prefer 1-2 business days.

Anticipating a move, I purchased the Groupon for a Zen Bedrooms mattress. I wound up moving within a week, so I ordered my memory foam mattress but needed it delivered quickly, otherwise I would not have had a bed until it arrived. Zen Bedrooms worked with me to ship out the mattress as soon as they could, and I received it in time for my move. I was very happy with the customer service I received, and the mattress is comfortable on top of that!

We bought a groupon to help save a little money towards an organic mattress. The groupon stated the money was for mattresses. There was no specification on the kind. I tried multiple times to contact Zen Bedrooms to discuss the best option for our needs. No reply. Finally, weels later I contacted groupon and they said they would contact the seller and try and have our issue resolved. Our code would not work towards organic mattresses. Someone did call us from Zen and they could not give us a definitive yes or no on whether or not we could use this groupon towards an organic mattress. The man said he would talk to his business partner and call us back the next day. Well, guess what? They never called back or responded to our emails. This was a terrible experience and I don't think Groupon should work with a company with false advertising and TERRIBLE customer service. Do not buy from this company.

So I ordered the mattress and after 5 weeks the package finnaly showed up, but wait.. The wrong size was delivered. Ive had some contact with Zen but they seem to try to be as vague as possible about whether anything has shipped or when to expect it. So here I am, 7 weeks after ordering it and I have a wrong sized mattress sitting in its box waiting to be exchanged. I can't comment on quality and I'm sure it'll be great, but the ordering process has been less than desirable. Wish I had a number to call.

I keep forgetting to review this bed, but my experience with Zen bedrooms was amazing! Yes, you know from day 1 that your bed will not be delivered in any quick manner, but that is put upfront so you cant really be upset.

I bought a groupon and was not clear on the wording of what bed I could buy. Zen Bedrooms worked with me to make the matter right, and fixed the problem immediately so i could purchase the memory foam mattress i wanted.

Not only was their customer service above par, but the bed is truly amazing! My boyfriend and I love our bed so much. I travel a lot, and sleep in a bunch of comfy hotel beds, but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't rather be in my new Zen Bedrooms mattress at night!

Great product- we recommended it to our friends and they are just as in love with theirs. We are about to purchase a house, and are definitely looking to get another Zen mattress (or two) for our extra bedrooms.

I received my Zen, Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress within six days of ordering
online. I had read numerous reviews that Zen's delivery, may take up to five
weeks. However, this was not a problem for us. The mattress came before the
projected delivery date and was easy to unpack. We have found that the
bed offers support and extremely comfortable for the Groupon price.
I highly recommend the Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress because it keeps
me cool all night and I wake up refreshed. My back feels better and I feel
energized from Zen's amazing mattress.

I used the groupon to buy a queen sized mattress. It came quickly in the mail and was easy to open up. I have never slept better in my life! Each morning it is tough to get out of bed, and that has never been a problem for me before. Even if I don't get a full 6-8 hours of sleep, I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. I have recommended this bed to several of my friends and family members. My sister and her husband have one also and love it!
Why spend $500 on a crappy, basic box spring (what I did 2 years ago) when you can get a luxurious memory foam mattress for less?! I thought it was too good to be true but it is not!

I purchased a double size memory gel matress through Living Social. The discounted price was too good to believe but I took a chance. The whole process was easy and went smoothly. I had good online contact with Zenbedrooms and the matress was delivered according to schedule. My husband and I have slept on it for a week and are very satisfied with it.

The price was great (only because I had a Groupon - I'd be more upset if I paid full price), but service was strange. If you have an issue (my code wasn't working), they answer you on their own message board kind of thing, so you have to keep going back to their site (& sign in) to see if you were answered. Also, the bed is very thin & not really all that "cooling" (that's the one I chose). Comfort-wise it's not the best bed I've slept on, but it's better than an air mattress I suppose.

I would recommend this mattress to all! Very comfortable and very affordable.
