We had a small issue with the first topper we purchased and upon calling ZENbedrooms it was handled in a timely and professional manner. We could not be happier with the new mattress/topper from ZENbedrooms . I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends that find themselves in the market for a new topper or mattress.

Went through Living Social and didn't quite believe the discounted deal of £189 for double UK mattress on offer. Wasn't going to believe it either until it was on my bed! Didn't even believe it was the right mattress (not a topper) as the box was so small but hey...it just kept on expanding when released. Arrived early too. Cannot still believe it really.

I have had 4 perfect nights sleep (the best in my whole life) for such a brilliant price. Zen mattresses are all they say they are and I'm just miffed that I missed getting a single one at cut price for my 83 yr-old Mum. If you see this offer...go for it.

The memory foam mattress is a game changer. I have had the best three nights sleep of my life since it was delivered and the mrs loves it as well. Ordering and delivery were smooth as well. I whole heartedly recommend Zen's products.

I've had my memory foam mattress for several months now and it's a pleasure to sleep on. No more feeling the springs poking in you, or hearing creaks and twangs.
Plus I used to suffer from cold draughts through my conventional mattress, no such problem now.
The staff at Zen are incredibly helpful, and delivery and after sales service have been excellent.

Very helpful and quick service

I ordered a Zen Mattress through Groupon. It was not to my liking personally, and I wanted to send it back to exchange it. Zen Bedrooms was helpful and came to my aid, offering to fully refund me for my mattress.

I ordered this product 2 months ago and still have not received it. The only response I have received is that UPS lost the package however it never even left the facility. Two weeks they have been researching with no solution. This is not something as customer I should be involved or worried about. A new package should have been sent out to me. Anytime I have ever had an issue with another company similar to this, it was resolved with a new shipment as soon as possible. I don't believe this is reputable company based on my experience. Update: After posting this review, [name] got in touch with me right away and they gave me a 20% refund and dispatched another topper that was delivered promptly. I am not sure why this wasn't done the first time however. The product comes in a black trash bag so the presentation could be better. However, my son has no complaints about the mattress itself. Overall, I got a good deal on it so I am updating to 3 stars. Still, I haven't had this much hassle in getting a product before and I don't understand why this company cannot be reached by phone.

They do make clear that the mattress takes weeks to arrive during the order process. It does take weeks.

Great mattress, though.

We recently ordered a memory foam mattress pad from Zenbedrooms.com and were very pleased with our purchase. The price we paid was a discount and the product is good quality.

Ordered a double duvet, unfortunately it did not arrive. contacted Zenbedrooms and they immediately dispatched another one which I received promptly. Very happy with service and product.

After posting my less then stellar review I was contacted by Julia in the customer service department. Julia did everything in her power to make things right. I appreciate the effort . I can see that folks have had mixed reviews for this retailer but I would encourage you to give them a chance. It's hard to be a small business these days and treating customers with respect can be rare. These guys are rare ones.

When you are doing a lot of business, mistakes happen. I had a rough experience but they promptly did everything they could to make it right! Thank you Zenbedrooms!

I used some LivingSocial vouchers for some great deals; however, I had some issues on the website with upgrading the mattress I ordered and getting the payment to go through (ended up having to use PayPal because it the website was not excepting any of my cards). This delayed by order's arrival for by more than a week, but the customer service department was responsive and helped me work through the website issues eventually.

The products themselves have been great. The combination of the memory foam mattress and the memory foam topper may be a bit of overkill, but it is incredibly comfortable and I'm hoping it will last for years.

The topper looks good on the bed in our spare bedroom. It will be first tested over the holidays when our guests arrive. The star rating may change after we get some feedback from our guests.

I bought the king sized version of a mattress topper thru Living Social .When I tried to access their website I couldn't get thru. When I called their "help line" I got a recorded message from someone who could hardly speak English telling me they would get back to me. After a few days I received an email repeating the original instructions which never worked in the first place!
In total frustration I called Living Social and luckily a very well versed young lady helped. Even with her help it took us almost 1/2 hour to wade thru the mess.
I would NEVER order from these people again! I'm disappointed with the product also. It did not look like it was pictured.
