this 3" topper is just the ticket. I would toss and turn all night, now I sleep and no pain!

I got the 2" mattress pad. I was a little hesitant with some of the other reviews, but the pad came very promptly and I was kept up to date with frequent emails.
I'd highly recommend this pad to anyone who is looking to make an improvement to their existing bed.

I was very skeptical of a topper for my mattress but I am glad I bought this one. I have had 4 mattress in the last 10 years due to my husband's back issues. He has to have it rock hard where as I like it softer. We thought a number bed would solve our issues but that was not the case for me. I tossed and turned all night and never felt like I slept that is until I slept on the 3 inch tempered topper. This item saved me from having to buy my own bed and sleep in the spare bedroom. I did not notice a smell like some have reported but I was a little frightened of how the mattress came rolled up and all out of sorts. Trust me just roll it out and it will go to its original shape within 12 hours. Best investment I have made to stay sleeping next to my husband.

Mattress pad is very good for the price only thing that would need to change is processing time. Item took over a week before it was processed and ready to ship.

Big improvement in my quality of sleep.

The LivingSocial voucher I purchased was for a 2" topper with a zippered cover. The product I received did not come with a cover. When contacted, the merchant admitted to an incorrect link in the offer, but my request to send a cover have been unanswered. The topper IS comfortable and I haven't had any issues with it.

The mattress topper we purchased is wonderful…..so comfortable….like being in a luxury hotel!!!

Love the bed. Spent 400 dollars for a king on living social. I guess it was originally 1700. Like it so far. Good value.

I ordered the 2 inch mattress topper based on the write up that this was a great topper. Mediocre at best would describe it once received and opened up. Before shipping company tried to sell me a 3" topper instead of the one I ordered. I wish their focus was on selling quality toppers.

Purchased the memory foam mattress topper for my daughter who has scoliosis. My father came to visit for thanksgiving and used my daughters bed. He loved the mattress topper and said he slept better than he had in a long time. We're getting him one for Christmas.

Bought through groupon. The mattress arrived in 5-6 weeks during holiday season. Absolutely like how the mattress feels

Was very surprised when it arrived in a box but when it opened and spread on my bed it just was huge and excellent , I hope it stays long and memory foam experience improves my sleep

I got a great deal on my Zen 3 inch King size mattress cover from GroupOn and I cannot recommend it enough. My back does not bother me anymore or hurt when i first wake up. I received my order sooner than expected and the minimal contact I have had with Zen I found them to have prompt and courteous support. Thanks Zen!

I originally ordered my mattress on 10/27 and just received the mattress on 12/2. Not only was this a horribly long time, the communication from Zen was terrible. I was told to expect email communication within 2-3 weeks, and received none. I then was told to expect the shipping information within another week, and received none. When I inquired, I was told that there was a delay. And that was all. After another week I finally received a shipping notice and tracking number. Once the mattress was actually shipped it took less than a week to get to me.

If I had known from the beginning that it would take this long, I would have been fine with it - but Zen lied, mis-led, and provided no communication throughout the process.

I have had the mattress for 2 nights now and it is great. High quality, and extremely comfortable. I purchased the Luxury Memory Foam with Cooling via a Groupon.

Delivery was prompt and the mattress was more then expected in size and the quality.My wife and I were pleased with the purchase and the ease in which everything was handled. If future purchases in bedroom items occur we will definitely look to Zen first !!

We desperately needed a new mattress, as the one in the apartment we're renting was so old you could feel each individual spring and it needed two duvets under the bed sheet to be bearable. We both said we'd try the double mattress as it was on offer for an excellent price and memory foam has a lot of advantages. There was a little confusion regarding delivery, but it was only delayed by a day and was nothing compared to the reviews I had read about waiting weeks for delivery. Mattress was quite uncomfortable when it was first tested (freshly unrolled) but was comfortable enough a few hours later and was very comfortable a few days later. Since I've never used one before it may have just taken me a while to get used to it.

Overall very happy with the mattress, it's not too hard to cause discomfort and also not too soft to make one feel confined or feel as if one is sinking. Delivery was very quick relative to the product and I'm very glad we chose to buy it.

I had a wonderful experience with Zenbedrooms. I emailed in some questions and got answers right away. I have been very happy with my purchase.

We bought a king and placed it on top of our existing box springs. It seemed a bit hard at first so we added our king gel mattress pad and now we love it!

My Order Came Soon After It Was Placed, Great Value, Would Use Them Again..
