Dined in Market Harborough branch yesterday Thoroughly enjoyed the food but portions too small for the cost ! After all it’s just cheap pasta. Another reason people aren’t eating out so much. Too... See more

I ordered Zizzi to be delivered to my house in Lancaster UK. I only live several minutes away and yet every time I order from Zizzi delivery, I am always hugely disapointed! I've ordered from Zizzi tons of times and each time the pizza arrives COLD. Stone baked STONE COLD!!! And the pasta is basically tasteless! I thought Four Cheese Carbonara was meant to taste of cheese and smoke flavor (Not even a slight taste of cheese or smoke flavor!) And they always forget something from the order (Such as dips or in this case the Riserva Cheese Crisp which is part of the pasta!)
The only good thing about the meal was the king prawn (Which to tell you the truth I am vegetarian and just felt sorry for the death of the prawn at the hands of Zizzi and wanted to take the innocent baby prawn into my heavenly body and give it a final resting place after it likely endured panic, suffering and pain before being a garnish on a tasteless pasta dish)
Is it really worth killing animals and eating them? I can tell you now out of the 15 times I've ordered from Zizzi for delivery every time the food arrives cold (The pastas arrive warm or hot even thanks to a plastic lid but they are about as tasteless as a supermarket microwave pasta sadly)
I imagine to dine in their restaurant would be a different story as the food would be hotter and it would get the full works with trimmings. I know that the delivery isn't taken care of to the same degree!

Great meal / staff at Zizzi’s High Wycombe
We went for an early lunch today at Zizzi’s in High Wycombe (Eden) and had a great couple of hours there. There were 7 of us, 4 adults, a 10 year old, 6 year old and a nearly 2 year old and the staff were really good with us all. The restaurant itself is really nice and the food was lovely. We had Elsie as our main waitress and she was brilliant, my 10 year old daughter on the way home asked how can she be that nice for the whole of her long shift? So we’re very grateful as we don’t go out as much as we used to for meals so everyone made it a really pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back in the near future.

Zizzi in Brighton.
Truly awful meal.
I've had better Spagbol's out of can.
No option for no stars.
Horrendous.
Went to the O2 Zizzis
Went to the O2 Zizzis. The portion sizes have shrunk to the point where I was still hungry after a starter and main, and the prices have doubled. There’s barely any meat in the meat dishes, surprisingly, the cheese they offer isn’t Parmesan. Genuinely a terrible experience. This used to be one of my favourite restaurant chains but I won’t be going again. Not worth the thirty pounds it costs for a meal there.
Plus they add a tip onto every booking in London for the bare minimum of service.

I’ve read other review on here but I must say we had a brilliant evening at Chatham zizzi. The food was good but what made the evening stand out was our waiter CHARLIE.
He was fab: friendly efficient and made my Enderby mum feel really special!! Thank you Charlie.
Just say this is the first review I’ve ever written and it’s been several months ( we came in September !!). since Charlie was our waiter. I hope I’m not too late with this review because I’d love for him to know that he really made a difference!
Thanks 🙏🏾
We are at their branch in Farnham
We are at their branch in Farnham. Never again. They were to interested in takeaways. £18.95 for a lasagne No meat all sauce and pasta Total rip off and a very poor experience. Never again.
Zizzi One New Change
Went with a group of friends and had the Christmas set menu. Food was bland, the "roast" potatoes were just partly boiled potatoes then stuck under a grill for a bit of colour. Almost raw, flavourless. The pizza is just an oblong tortilla with some flavourless ingredients. Portions are minuscule. The staff is nice and caring but we tried it once and never again.
Birthday meal, disaster
We booked Zizzi, Bluewater to celebrate my sons birthday. My oldest boy, his wife and my granddaughter came from Ashford to join us.
We were very disappointed with the food. Everyone had pizzas apart from me and my son's girlfriend. None of them enjoyed their meals. I dont like pizza so had the chicken dish with prosciutto. Should have come with butternut squash which i had to ask for. The chicken was lukewarm, so I didnt eat it. Basically, the meal was horrible and we were all very disappointed. We will not be going there again.
Food delivered cold
Food delivered cold, laye and messed up.
Spaghetti box opened and spilled, pizza messed up.
Waited 48 min over the scheduled time to be delivered
Terrible don’t go!
My recent experience at Zizzi’s was extremely disappointing. The servers were completely inattentive from the moment we arrived, and despite the serves checking in on everyone but us , we felt ignored. What made it worse was how quickly they tried to rush us out simply because we’re young — it was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
The food was nowhere near worth the price. Our pizzas arrived cold, the pasta was chewy, and the chips had absolutely no flavour. For what they charge, the quality was unacceptable.
To top it all off, the staff only informed us at the very end that they don’t accept cash, which is something that should be mentioned upfront, not after the meal.
Overall, this visit felt like a waste of money and time. I definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend Zizzi’s based on this experience.

If there was an option to give no stars they would’ve got no stars
honestly it was absolutely appalling. They gave nothing for vegans I would’ve seriously been happy with pasta on its own if they only cater to meat eaters but they were unable to do that

Zizzis is an absolute stich up for the quality of the food, Dough Crust Aperitivo £7.95, Limoncello Spritz 11.75, Burrata Caprese starter £9.25, Porcini & Prosciutto Roast Chicken, £19.95, main for next to no food really, finish up with a desert of Panettone Bread & Butter Pudding for £8.95... that'll be £57.85 FOR ONE PERSON... Prices are too high and the portions and quality are too low. NOT RECOMMENDED.
£9.70 for a side portion of fries
£9.70 for a side portion of fries! I was shocked when I received such a small portion. Zizzi should not be allowed to charge extortionate prices for such a tiny amount of fries. If they were a a michelin star restaurant I'd understand! But they're not!! Am very disappointed and certainly won't be ordering fries from Zizzi again, just the pizza as they were good. Shocking price for just one potato of fries!
Dry, dry ,dry
Popped for a spot of lunch. Opted for the £30 set menu. The Christmas bomb, the lobster pasta and.... never gor to the dessert. The bomb is simply a garlic roll with a hole in the top with effectively a spoonful of stuffing and cheese... I know its only a starter but this is just garlic bread... the lobster pasta (pay extra for this) is over baked. The pasta was rock hard. Simply not enough sau e on the dish to be baked... the poor pasta has nothing to suck up. At this point id had enough... no dessert for me. The wife said her meal was really good and to be fair.. the staff tried to make things better but at that point, cut loss and walk away. I know £30 .. what do you expect. Well, I expect to at least to be able to eat the pasta without risking a tooth... even the staff had a tap at it with a spoon. At one point I could hear the waiter, chef and manager tapping at it like a weird lobster based xylophone. I'll go back to Zizzis as ive had good food there from the regular menu but on this occasion im afraid you've not got it right.
Friendly helpful lovely staff and massive delicious pizza
zizzi's rushden lakes northamptonshire. There was one comment that said the portion sizes werent very big, my pizza was about the same size as an ironing board. I also had a massive chopping board with a mozzarella and onion garlic bread on. i dread to think what they call decent size dinners. The staff , Gosia , Monty , mia and elsie all absolutely lovely., Nothing was too much trouble, all very nice chatty people.
Awful customer service (Glasgow, Silverburn)
It was my daughter's 7th birthday today and she was very excited to eat at Zizzi's (Glasgow Silverburn). She had even picked out her meal prior to our visit from the Bambini menu. On arrival we waited by the entrance until one of the staff members came over. She quite rudely told us the restaurant was full and she did not have a table for 3. I could see a couple of empty tables and equired when one might become available. We were told 'I don't know, could be 10 mins, could be 15'. I then asked if we could add our name to a list and come back later but was advised this was not an option. She gave the impression that she was too busy and just wanted us to leave as the restaurant was full.
i've always held Zizzi's in high regards but this visit was awful and the woman was incredibly rude and dismissive. We walked away in the end with my daughter in tears.
The woman who served us was possibly Eastern European, with curly hair and a stripy shirt. She certainly was not an asset to the Zizzi team today and didn't show even an ounce of professionalism or empathy. I feel so strongly about how we were treated that I have since followed up with a formal complaint to Zizzi's Head Office and am awaiting their reply.

⭐ Zizzi Newbury
⭐ Zizzi Newbury
Visited Zizzi Newbury over the weekend with my kids and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and great with the children. We enjoyed the Garlic & Mozzarella Bombe, Pepperoni Pizza, and Chilli King Prawn Spiedini Bucatini, all fresh and full of flavour. For dessert, the Chocolate Mousse and Nemesis were rich and indulgent. The kids were delighted with complimentary candy floss at the end. A family-friendly restaurant with great food and service — we’ll definitely be back!
