Excellent all round BUT! What ruined it for us was the anticipation of tips..... The food was expensive which we expected as it is London and we were day trippers there, £82.94 for a main mea... See more

Waiter very rude,working with cap…
Waiter very rude, working with cap banging our plates when serving, average food much better places out there!
The starter was cold and overcooked
Sutton Zizzi’s The starter was cold and overcooked. We were so hungry that we ate it. Complained to the waitress who apologised but didn’t seem to care. Main meal ok but the spaghetti bolognese was a small portion, and no garlic bread with it. Chicken Milanese was overcooked and dry. Best part of the meal was the red wine. We complained again at the end but they didn’t seem to care. They do Blue Light discount but I was told they weren’t accepting it. Won’t be going back very disappointing.
Visited Zizzi Port Solent dirty, shabby, and sub standard!
Visited Zizzi Port Solent, not the best experience, staff were friendly and polite but the food was sub standard, calamari was cold and chewy, pigs in blanket bomme only partially heated, lobster pasta didn’t have any lobster in it. Overall the restaurant looked shabby, and toilets disgusting with pee everywhere in the gents. Not the standard we were expecting from a Port Solent restaurant! Sorry wont be going back or recommending either.
My sister & I went for our traditional…
My sister & I went for our traditional zizis visit in princes sq Glasgow, on Sat 21st Dec, it will unfortunately be the last, we were informed we had our table for an hour. Our server said ,oh the food comes out very quickly,my sister says, but I don’t want to eat very quickly. The food as always was fine but the visit was spoiled by having one eye on the time rather than relaxing, so Zizi, get more customers through with your new hour slot. We are two that won’t be returning.
Booked a table in Winchester
Booked a table in Winchester, welcomed warmly and promptly.
Food was served hot, and all the servers were friendly. Apologised that they did not have the deserts we wanted.
Only issue i have, as always with any eatery is the price of soft drinks. Near £4 for a coke. You can go to a shop and buy a 2ltr bottle for 50% less.
Delicious food and friendly service!
We had lunch at Zizzi's SSE Odyssey Belfast before Disney on Ice and the dinner was delicious and service very friendly. Sean managed the long line very well and was friendly talking to all waiting customers. He asked about dietary requirements and I was impressed to see an extensive menu for vegans. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The customer service staff were polite and friendly despite the busy atmosphere. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean too. All round great experience and special shout out to Sean who is a credit to the team.
Leith Zizzi 👍
Leith Zizzi, second visit, food and service very good and thanks to Linda and her colleague for their courteous attention on this visit on 26 Nov 24.
Placed order online
Placed order online, called the Zizzi Cutty Sark a second later after placing the order to request the food not to have a particular ingredient. They agreed and said they will let the kitchen know. Food arrived with that ingredient on it. Called Zizzi Cutty Sark back and advised my order was wrong. The person in charge said as the food was already made could not do anything about.
The food also arrived not hot, and looked as if it didn’t just come out of the oven but had been sitting there for quite some time.
Poor customer service and very rude staff.
Nince food, great atmosphere.
Nice place to eat, good atmosphere.
Would definitely not reccomend
Would definitely not reccomend, we visited Sunday 17th November. My husband had Chicken Milanese, the chicken was greasy and overcooked. My carbonara was bland and tasteless. The staff were uninterested, we had to find cutlery and salt and pepper from another table. Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. The poor quality of the food and service does not justify the cost.

Ordered a takeaway from the Salisbury…
Ordered a takeaway from the Salisbury restaurant via Uber.
2 x Six Layer Lasagne and 1 x Carbonara.
Each was £15, and it came in a small container for each which was only half full. Child portion sizes for Adults at a huge mark up.
Disappointing for the size and cost.
All OK until new payment system..
My son and I visited for the first time. We had pizza, just Ok nothing special. Our bill came to £36 which was OK. however we had to pay by card not cash and then the waitress said you have to leave a tip and showed me on this tiny phone a slide rule. I said I could not see that easily and did not understand what she said. I asked can I just give you a cash tip, as I always like to tip. I was told no and she said just put your finger on the slide rule. I just did as she said and then paid but later on when i got home I realised a tip of £19 had been added. I was shocked as I don't mind tipping at all but this was unbelievable. All I would say is take care and watch for that slide rule on their very small phone style equipment. It should just be a standard 12.5% tip. This was the first time I had paid on one their phones like this and the waitress did not really explain what was happening. Some of us old ones are not that tech savy with your new payment equipment methods.

Zizzi bexleyheath
Zizzi bexleyheath. It took 40 mins for the starters to arrive and the restaurant is not even half full. As I write this I am still awaIting my main course and I've now been here for an hour and a half. This is such poor service I won't be comming here again.
Not a fan
Not a fan. The starter, fine. Mains? Meh. My Ragu wasn’t great. The pasta was half cooked and nearly cold as I imagine it had been sat waiting for my partners calzone to be cooked. A very feckin expensive Ragu for what it was too!!! Saying that, the whole menu is over priced to be honest. They didn’t have the raspberry and white chocolate tiramisu that was so openly advertised as ‘new’ ‘wow look at this’ which was disappointing. The cheesecake had a wet base and the latte I ordered was very bitter. Not worth the money we spent at all.
Oh. The place was cold too. I expect a restaurant to be a comfortable temperature, seeing as there’s people and cooking going on.

We visited the Bexleyheath Zizzi
We visited the Bexleyheath Zizzi, Luke was really helpful, we had a special offer as it was hubby's birthday but it wouldn't work. No problem, Luke patiently resolved the issue. Hubby really enjoyed the sticky pork pizza with honey. I had a taste and was impressed. Overall the meal was very good value. Lovely service from Luke made a really pleasant evening
What went wrong
What went wrong? Everything!
Looked at the allergies list - only contains 14 items, no information on my intolerance/allergy (onions, shallotts).
Main course - the server couldn't tell me what was in the sauce, made no attempt to find out.
OK, Plan B: Please could I have the Chicken & Prosciutto salad but without tomato and avocado, and no dressing - in other words green salad with the chicken and crispy prosciutto. Server said no. Couldn't alter the dish, it "wasn't allowed". I said all I'm asking is that you leave out two items - not difficult. Flat "No".
Server offhand well beyond the point the rudeness.
I ended up with a bowl of chips - nothing else because there is no list of ingredients, the server was unhelpful to the nth degree. Novel experience - going out for a meal and then coming home to cook.
