Zopim is a good program!
Since i use Zopim i can see how many potential custumors come to my site. And what they look at. And how long they stay.
When they have questions its easier for them to start a live chat. Because its direct. Instead of sending an email. I like Zopim!

We wouldnt use ANYONE else!
We have being using Zopim for around 3 years. The teams absolutely love it as it is so easy to use and it goes a long way to providing great customer service for our clients.
When we have had technical issues, Zopims team have been there to fix them for us immediately.
We couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better service or experience.
If you need live chat software for your website, then definitely go for Zopim!

Poor service
Can not be true when you want to downgrade to a free version that the money you have paid for can not be refunded poor service, find another live chat.

Great Chat Service
We are using Zopim Chat service for almost a year now and I believe that's the best Chat Service I've used.
It's very use to install and the usability is incredible.
I highly recommend it!

Zopim is the software every company should have
We implemented zopim to see how many people are login during the day to our website and to let people communicate with us and to do online help and for other several inquiries.
Then we found that zopim is more than our expectation, it is very powerful, easy login, easy interface, in one point you can see and manage everything.
Actually we use it during 24 hours, it became part of our life.
Amazing software.

Great product with almost all the features
I've been using it for the past 2 years now on multiple projects and its been quite an experience. Can chat with people using any platform(Tab, mobile...etc). The support team is also doing a great job. A must have for any e-commerce project.
