It's ok will do for now
The chat alerts come in late so I miss them sometimes frustrating but I'm on the free version. Maybe that has something to do with it. Idk what the experience is like for our mobile shoppers. Wish I did. Wish there was more options.

More offline options + bigger notification
two things need improvement:
1 - The notification that pops up saying i have a chat needs to be increased. i listen to music and that one small box that says i have new chat i cant catch it with my eye. it needs to be bigger and stay longer. Im missing about 1-2 connections each day
2 - needs more offline abilities. for example if im not around or offline can it be connected via text in real time? My AIM is like that, so when i log off my messenger i can continue any convo.

It's fully functional and simple. It would be great to have an intermediate price between the free plan and the first payed one.

Perfect for starting up with your website
Great value and I was not expecting this much to be honest. Set up straight forward and free for 30 days. I am on big commerce platform and it took couple of minutes to set it up.
