Super easy to use for great customer service
Zopim has helped us be able to communicate with our users more readily and solve any queries they may have when browsing on site. What's really great is that, being a sports nutrition site, this is something people often have questions about...which product is right or better for them? We are not able to provide the same level of assistance to people online as people in our physical store. Thumbs up Zopim!

Very useful tool in this age of cyber service
Just about everything is being moved on to the net. For selling everybody needs a virtual shop. Therefore, it only makes sense that just like a shop you can attend to your live inquiries and Zopim allows you to do that. We are a small outfit so at the moment just using the free version which we find very useful.

Easy to use and scalable if needed
Great for small start-ups. Easy to use and I believe that for the right type of business the service will increase revenue.

It's not even working for me.
The people installing it on my web page don't seem to know much better.
I paid $300 for nothing so far, needless to say I'm not very happy with it.
