Good and Reliable
We have been using this for sometime now. So far we find it useful and reliable however occasional breaks in connection does happen. Our staff use it mostly on their mobiles and reported some connectivity issues once in a while.
Free plan has very limited feature and basic starts from $14.00 agent/month bit expensive. Rest service and interface is nice and reliable.

Good idea!
In our country,SPain, we do not usually work with this programm but I think that it is vert useful but the payment method it is a little "expensive"
