Emma from West Yorkshire Money has been nothing short of excellent in guiding us through out first mortgage and property purchase.
As you might imagine being first time buyers we had plenty of questions, but Emma was always very responsive and explained everything in great detail. Even questions not directly part of the financial aspect, but of the property purchasing process were answered promptly.
Having someone guide us through the whole process was invaluable and definitely saved us a lot of headache.
We were able to get a mortgage on a non-standard construction without issue and the few hiccups that did come up during the purchasing process, none of which Emma was at fault, we were able to resolve comfortably with her help.

My partner and I were first time buyers with very little knowledge of the sector, especially with the barriers that Covid-19 would bring us. All we knew was that we had saved the deposit during the beginning of the first lockdown and that was it. Adele straight away informed us of all the information we needed in the easiest way for us to understand. On top of our lack of knowledge in this area, all the communications were via email and telephone, now this form of communication can prove difficult but Adele would always get back to us, keeping us up to date so we had nothing to worry about. We were not the easiest couple for Adele to find a mortgage for, after applications to 4 lenders we finally got an offer that we know is the best we can get and one we never would have got without Adele and her team!
