Emma at West Yorkshire Money has been absolutely brilliant and in very difficult times due to Covid managed to secure us our mortgage for our dream home when other brokers said it wasn’t possible. Emma was always available at the other end of the phone whenever we needed and has often worked out of hours to make ends meet for us. I would highly recommend West Yorkshire Money to anyone looking to remortgage or for new mortgages, we will be back to review our options when the time comes!

We are first time buyers so as you can imagine we didn't have a clue and was walking in the dark regarding buying our first home.

Adele was amazing from start to finish! Myself and my husband had a limited time to buy our first house as when I first had our appointment with Adele I was 24 weeks pregnant. Adele took all the stress away from us, helped us find a mortgage that was suitable for us. Adele then proceeded to help us with providing many solicitors to choose from and continued to support us throughout the whole process of buying a house, including providing different life insurance and home insurance quotes. From putting the offer in for the house to receiving the keys it has taken a total of 11 weeks! we are so impressed and pleased with the timescale it has took with the process taking into consideration of the global panic.

I would highly recommend Adele to anyone who is need of a finical advisor, buying a house and having a child are extremely stressful. Although Adele has taken away all of the stress from buying a house and helped us find our forever home to start our family in.

After 16 months waiting for my new build home to be built I came to the realisation that no one cares more about getting you sorted for your new home than yourself... until i met Adele. we have had an offer previously arranged by Adele that ended up running out because of delays on the build. Adele has kept me up to date the whole way, re arranged me a new mortgage almost 12 months later and because she is so on the ball, it was hassle free and at no extra cost because she understood how messed around we had been by the builders. im not the easiest of people to deal with and tend to pester. Adele made me feel so well informed and always responded to queries when I had them. I wouldnt use anyone else or recommend anyone else when looking for a mortgage. arranged during a pandemic and with my credit being less than perfect, I dont know how she does it.
