Seeing as their website no longer exists and their email address neither accepts emails or replys, and they don’t reply on instagram, not sure how bothered they are by bad Trust Pilot reviews but oh well.

Made an order totalling £397 on January 3rd. Never heard nothing for over a week, no despatch email nothing so contacted them via email and instagram and no reply and still now over a month later not recieved any goods, been refunded or been contacted.

I am in contact with my bank and trading standards pursuing what routes I can to get my money back. TOP SCAMMERS.

Ordered Christmas 2023 never arrived said the courier nicked it on email and never got back to me… scam scam scam emailed them 3 times no response

I bought a set in December and still hadn’t arrived. They’re not answering to emails. Instagram messages or online. SCAM do not buy

Made an order for a Christmas present on the 03/12 and paid for next day delivery. On the 09/12 I messaged them to make them aware I had had no updates, they stated that the items had been lost in transit and that they would send another out immediately. By the time the item was received it was no longer wanted. It then would not let me return it as it was out of the return window, however due to this being their fault they allowed for me to return it. The item was returned on the 04/01 which is almost 2 weeks ago and I am yet to have any updates as to when I will receive my refund. I have messaged them multiple times but have not heard anything. Awful experience and would not recommend!!

Placed an order on the 15/12/23 for £170 which was a Christmas presents the order never arrived so contacted them after days they replied and said the item has been lost by the courier and would look into it more. Then heard nothing until after new year when they told me they ran out of stock and would be back in at the end of the week and would send out to me with tracking there has been nothing and now no communication whatsoever. They are a scam do not order from them need to be shut down!!

ordered something on 19th December, they said it was lost with the courier, and that since then they have shipped it but I've sent numerous emails and gotten no replies. DO NOT BUY from here

Ordered a tracksuit on the 22nd December and have not had no update on where it is still has not arrived !!
I have emailed multiple times with no answer.
I paid £97 for this tracksuit and is still not here.

Update on my previous review - left 3rd January.

Still NO response to messages left and no order received (order placed 21st December).

Ordered item 21st December (3.5 weeks ago) and haven’t received the order, any tracking information or communication.

Emailed 28th December to ask when I would receive the order. No response received.

Left a poor TP review 3rd January - within minutes they respond on TP asking me to email them or send an Instagram message. Which I did. Still no response.

Absolutely appalling.

Firstly I got sent a damaged tracksuit then when i finally got a credit note from this company I ordered something different from them over three weeks ago I’ve emailed them WhatsApp them but nothing from them now I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever get my order and they’ll just keep my money. I suffer badly with mental health issues and this company has certainly not helped matters please avoid at all costs

I went on a shopping spree and this is the only company who still hasn’t yet delivered my goods. They are quick to take the money from my account but have yet to ship my goods to my address.
I purchased a Set on the 29th December, excited to receive it soon. A week later still nothing. I left an email and Direct message on Instagram (which has shown my message has been read). Still I received no Reply.
Another week’s past and I’ve sent more emails and Direct messages, still nothing.
An absolute joke, customer service is appalling.
It’s coming up to a month and it’s been 3 weeks, still nothing.
DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE.
THE GUYS CLEARLY A SCAMMER AND A WRONGEN.
DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

His quick to delete negative comments on his instagram but doesn’t reply to emails or direct messages.

As seen to his previous responses his quick to come up with lousy excuses. Royal Mail lost your order, or other dumbness.

No parcel arrived after ordering on December 20th, no communication, definitely a scam company with no interest of supplying the goods you pay for. Disgusting during a cost of living crisis companies like this can get away with it.

Returned my parcel which was received mid Dec, they replied on 2nd Jan saying they had processed my refund, I had an email today (8/1/24) from paypal saying my refund had failed and to contact WZRD! I want my money back!

Avoid at all costs made an order on the 14th of December, still hasn’t come emailed and messaged on instagram loads of times nothing at all. Avoid at costs awful company and awful service.

Ordered an order on the 8th December which DIDNT ARRIVE. I sent an email to which they responded this had been lost by the couriers and I had to update my order which I DID.

A month later my order still hasn’t been dispatched, multiple emails sent asking where is my order and NO response!!!!!!!!!

Absolute joke do not order

I ordered a tracksuit on the 18th Dec it said it will be here before Christmas however it still hasn't been received
I have tried to contact them on many occasions but have had no response???

Honestly so scunnered. I ordered a large order from this company on 23rd November 2023. I sent an email on 28/11 to ask progress with no response. I sent another email on 6th December again checking progress - no reply. I sent an Instagram message on Monday 4th December which also received no reply, I then commented on one of the instagram posts to which someone finally replied stating that my order had been sent but no tracking was showing. I was advised that my parcel would be resent as a matter of urgency but am totally left in limbo as no one has contacted me to let me know any update. The customer service is simply appalling and this has caused me a great deal of stress. I am now nearly two weeks before christmas and have to now go looking for presents for my sons christmas. How can you leave people with this stress at a time that is already stressful.

Was told next day delivery, 5 weeks later and I’m still waiting on my item

Brilliant selection of clothing on the website. I ordered my items yesterday and they were delivered today. Absolutely amazing
