Still waiting for second part of order
Two Nike T-shirts ordered. Only one arrived. Only possible to contact them by email.
They responded with apology and promised to send the remaining T-shirt ASAP. Three weeks later still waiting.

Ordered a jacket
Ordered a jacket, received it which I didn’t like so returned it, only for them too say that it wasn’t received by them and that it’s my fault even though it was signed for and was the correct address for them!! Avoid like the plague!!!

We are sorry to read this review.
As you know, there was a fair amount of correspondance between us and yourself regarding this return.
Royal Mail had to assist with the whereabouts of this parcel, which we notified you was the case. It was not signed for by a member of our team, and was later found to be delivered to another unit on our industrial estate.
When it was located, the refund was immediately issued and we sent you an email of confirmation and apology.
With all this in mind, the whole process was still dealt with in under 10 working days from date of return, which is actually our policy timeframe for dealing with returns. Although, in normal circumstances we do aim to do much better than this.
I can see we have contacted you to consider updating this review, but unfortunately have not heard back from yourself.
We truly apologise for the situation, and hope this doesn't discourage you from shopping with us again.

Excellent customer service experience. Sadly one of my parcels was lost in transit , due to delivery company. This was rectified immediately by the team . T shirt I did receive is lovely good quality and I will definitely use this company again . Overall after minor issue will absolutely recommend to others and order again.
