I had ordered from this company for the first time and as always with new companies wasn’t sure what to expect. There was a slight delay with my parcel being deliver so I emailed the customer service team within a couple of hours I had a reply from the team explaining the situation with was of no fault of there’s. And the following day my parcel was dispatched and delivered to my property. Fantastic customer service skills and I’m very happy with my Nike sets. I would most definitely rather order with this company than Nike itself. Thank you!

And in response to your message it isn’t a case of me not liking the products they are very cheaply made and actually look and feel like copies. I am in the process of returning these goods.

Looking at your order, you purchased a mix of Nike & New Balance products.
We are a branded sportswear supplier, not a manufacturer. Brands such as Nike & New Balance are multi-billion pound companies and undergo strict quality control processes.
If the item(s) were faulty, we would understand the situation and do whatever is required to make the situation right, but you did not state that they were faulty, you said the quality was poor, which is strange as these are not uncommon brands, they are household names and people know what to expect of their quality.
If you were not satisfied with the items, we have an exchange & refunds policy in place which could have been utilised rather than leaving a bad review which would impact us in the long run as a small business.
If we were selling unknown brands (or even our "own" brand) of clothing, we would be more understanding of your comments regarding quality, but on the basis that you are buying brands that 99% of people have worn at some point, I feel that the issue is more so a case of you not liking the items, rather than them being of a poor quality.
