The customer support team is amazing and really helped me out, unfortunately I won’t receive my parcel by Monday but I did only do standard delivery so that was my fault. But either way the help they gave me was outstanding.
Above still stands but they’ve managed to really help me and my parcel is coming today.

We are very disappointed to see this review given the great level of service we feel you received from us.
You ordered via standard delivery (up to 5 working days) but your parcel arrived within 24 hours of you placing the order. You then reported some marks on one of the pairs of shorts late in the evening of the day of delivery and left us a 1* review before a member of our team got to read your email the following morning.
All of our items are brand new with tags, some come in bags and some don't (it is dependant on which supplier we used for that particular item) however the marks were minor manufacturing marks. Unfortunately, these things happen from time to time when dealing with items in bulk.
Your replacement shorts were delivered the next working day and we told you that you were able to keep the first ones we delivered, free of charge. The marks would've simply come out in the wash so you could have then had 2 pairs for the price of 1.
The whole situation was rectified within 3 working days of the order being placed (baring in mind the original delivery could've taken up to 5 working days) and you also got a free pair of shorts.
In your email you suggested that once the issue was rectified you would take this review down - but when we later contacted you to check you got the replacements OK, you said that you would only do so if we gave you a free set.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service, however we feel that the team went above and beyond to rectify what should've been just a minor exchange of a faulty product.
