I had a truly great experience

I had a truly great experience! My parcel was not delivered as the courier company delivered it in the wrong address. I contacted Xana about it and they immediately took action by contacting the courier company and sending me a replacement order. The adventure ended well as the original the parcel was found and re-delivered to me. Can't thank them enough for their professionalism and all the corrective actions they did! 💜

I can see that you haven’t contacted our customer service email regarding this issue, may I ask why? If our email was too hard to find I will get that changed to make shopping with us easier.

It sounds like it has been damaged/opened in transit and we will always replace faulty goods or items that haven’t turned up. We don’t keep our eye on everyone’s tracking so you do need to contact us when issues arise.

Unfortunately we cannot control import and customs tax when ordering outside of the U.K. Please see paragraph from our shipping policy:

For countries outside of the UK, Customs Duty may be payable on your order - this is based on the value of your order and the Duty Threshold in your country of residence. We have no control over the Duty total and payment is the responsibility of the customer.

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order! I have emailed and Becky was helpful with her speedy reply (hence the second star) but I’m still to wait another 5 days to see if it turns up before anything is progressed.

never received !!!! ordered 2 dry hands grip thinking this website would be reliable but I never received anything and the website does not allow you to contact costumer support
35£ gone like this !!!! never ordering from this website again unless they offer me a refund or send me 2 new grips !!!!! so frustrating

Good morning,

Thank you for your email. I hope you’re well, I can confirm your order was shipped on 16th March 2023 via Royal Mail 2nd class which should take 3-5 working days. We do apologise that this has not arrived on the 23rd March sometimes parcels can be delayed. Royal Mail do ask us to wait 15 days before making a claim.

Please let us know if your parcel has not arrived by the 31st March and we will raise a case with Royal Mail and ship you out a replacement product.

Great customer service and fast…

Great customer service and fast delivery. There was a slight delay in my items being dispatched due to the mail strikes but once it was dispatched it arrived very quickly

Fast delivery, good service

Really fast delivery of my product. Only bought dry hands grip, so cant really comment on sizing, quality etc. It’s genuine Dry Hands, though (there are a lot of fakes around at the moment, but this is genuine).
