You were quick, but...

Actually I am satisfied with you. the order was quickly taken and shipped. But the customs clearance papers were apparently insufficient for the Swiss customs administration and the swiss post. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 2 weeks (edit: ok, 10 days but it felt like 2 weeks!) longer for my package (I got the package today) and pay an additional fee of almost 50 swiss francs (almost 40 pounds). If the papers were ok, I would have paid only about 10 swiss francs... I'm sorry for that and I don't know what information was missing.
I was pleased that you offered the shoes cheaper, but the fee makes them almost more expensive than bought in Switzerland ☹
I will order my next order to France or Germany and ask my french or german workmate to bring me the package to work 👍 I hope it will be cheaper than to send it to CH 😅

I’m so sorry to hear you have had issues with customs. Your parcel was ordered on the 23rd July and was shipped on the 24th July so it has only been 13 days from shipping to delivery.

If you could send us over the documents relating to the customs charges that you have received we would be more than happy to look through them and to raises queries to the customs, as you should not have been charged.

We do ship internationally to Europe a lot and always use the same customs forms and have had no issues elsewhere so we would really love to get to the bottom of this for you.

Wonderful Shopping Experience
