I absolutely love my new pole wear from Xana. I wear a 34 DDD/E cup, so naturally I figured besides medium would be too small on me especially in my chest region. But the great thing is the one piece was stretchy and able to accommodate my larger chest size. It is super sexy and flows around the pole like a dream. I can't wait to purchase separates from Xana.

Quick delivery even in these times, friendly communication, they stock some brands before the bigger shops discover them and even managed to stock the elusive Dry Hands through the shortage for way longer than anybody else.

Website showed a 30% off discount code and also had an offer for a new customer discount. Neither offer code worked at checkout. Customer service was polite and responsive but it took several tries for them to provide a code that worked (the 30% code was expired even though it was still displayed on the website but I was still able to get a small discount). Shipping was quite expensive and there didn't seem to be a purchase limit that would qualify for free shipping like on other sites. Not a large selection, but did find some nice items. Have not yet received order so cannot comment further.

My first order took a week to arrive which was great, and my second order took less than a week!
Their site is quick and easy to use too. I received text and email updates about my delivery, which was great to help keep track with. Will definitely use them again!

I totally get it that nowadays, we all have to accept delays in shipping and delivery especially for international purchases. But what I cannot accept is "not responding to email inquiries in a timely manner". I cannot accept that 3 days to answer an email inquiry is the norm. I also cannot accept that that 3-day response was only made because I already filed a complaint with PayPal. I placed my order Oct29, got tracking info that shipment is about to leave the UK on Oct31. It is Dec04 now and still no movement in the tracking info beyond Oct31. Worse of all, apart from that last email in mid-Nov, no one from XanaPoleWear has reached out to "own" that my order got lost in transit from the UK and that they have made arrangements to send a replacement asap. THAT would have been GREAT customer service. This is why I will only transact business through PayPal. At least, I got my money back from PayPal. Whew! XanaPoleWear, thank you for the worse experience ever.
