Xeric watches are nice/unique…That being said they are a horrible company. I had preordered a watch in May that I was supposed to give as a Xmas gift. It was supposed to come in October…Out of nowhere they push it back. I just now received it today in January which doesn’t help me out at all. I would think twice about buying anything from them. If you can’t deliver on time do not take preorders!

Solid watch at a good price and unique styling. Definitely will buy another.

The watch is amazing. The order experience … not so much.

I preordered a watch in August with an expected shipment for November. November rolled around and I was excited. Nothing came. I understand logistic issues, delays, etc. Especially around Black Friday, but nothing came.
Not a watch. Not even an email to let me know how things were going. Not even some sort of explanation/expected delivery update.

Early December rolled around and I emailed customer service for an updated ETA. The answer was that it should come that week or the next and then parcels would be shipped.

Waited two weeks. Still nothing. Emailed again to be told the same thing. Merchandise would arrive soon, and then be shipped. Nothing addressing the past email with the same response. When I pointed it out and asked to possibly change my order the answer came positive but extremely dry. Overall no real apology, empathy, or even understanding.

The tone and experience made me feel a bit like I was an annoyance to have an update for an order with several weeks delay on the original ETA.

In the end I was so busy I didn’t change my order and was lucky enough that my watch arrived on Christmas Eve.

I work in CX and understand that lots of things are out of Customer Service’s hands but this is a situation that, if addressed properly, can make a customer loyal for life. Sadly … they failed spectacularly.

Beautiful unique watch, took a hot minute to use the chronograph function and zero the chronograph hands, quite easy when you understand

The watch I received was defective out of the box. Xeric was good about understanding the situation and has offered to replace the watch. It was unfortunate, but that happens. I have sent the watch back and am awaiting the replacement. I do appreciate the support of Xeric about this. It was hassle free.

The purchase process for the watch was really smooth and the communication on it was excellent. The quality of the watch is fantastic and I do plan on buying another watch from Xeric in the future.

I purchased 2 watches from Xeric through Watches.com. The Vendetta X was weird but kind of a cool watch so I got it at a discount. The case got scratched on the unit and they told me to contact the repair place they work with. After a month of "lost" emails and no responses I called them today to find out that they do not have these cases in stock and probably won't ever get them in stock. So along with that the other parts are also not available so the watch is basically unable to be repaired. What was a cool watch I was happy to own is now damaged and I cannot get parts for it after about 2 months. Very disappointed in this and I don't think I would buy another watch from Xeric knowing this now. Its too bad because there was the Inverter 2 that I was going to purchase but for now I think I will have to pass.

Over the years, long ago when they went under the moniker of Watchismo,I've purchased probably a dozen or so watches from these guys, and have had nothing but a helpful experience each time. Suffice to say, recommending them is a no-brainer, buy with confidence. As someone with around 300 watches in my collection, thus latest purchase is an immediate favorite. I couldn't wait to watch the minute hand jump back to the beginning. So, so cool. Side note: I recently bought a book on cool watches, and it was from these guys, I didn't even know. The book is great, also, if you have a watch lover on your xmas list. Love this latest timepiece, gonna garner compliments for sure!

Bought Retrodrade watch. Wait time was 6 months and I was supposed to receive the watch in August but after numerous follow ups I eventually received it in October. But that's not it. The watch was defective and had to return it at my expense (they would only offer $60 credit for their own website only). Then I was told that they don't have any of those watches so will have to again wait for weeks for new stock. All in all terrible experience and poor and arrogant customer service. Beware and avoid!

This is a fantastic looking unique watch for those that have a racing sprit, or for those that just like a unique experience aside from the standard timepiece.

Met these guys at Windup Watch Fair in NYC and they were lovely. Super fun and helpful and proud of their product. I ordered the NASA Apollo 15 American Automatic Quasar on the spot and have loved every second of it on my wrist. Awesome company, great people, super unique and fun watch. Keep it up!

I purchased 2 watches. Inverter II and NASA Artemis. As inverter II looks amazingly beautiful, it remains powered only for less than 24 Hrs.
Artemis turns out to be an amazing watch. Very intricate and amazing craftsmanship.
Must congratulate Xeric team for their efforts and determination. Thank you so very much.

I purchased the Halograph ii automatic because I love unique time pieces. This watch is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It's also a very comfortable watch to wear for me and the crown doesn't dig into the back of my hand when I'm working like most do.
I made a mistake in ordering and overlooked a special deal Xeric was offering. Even though it was entirely my fault, the staff emailed me that they were happy to accommodate me. They really went above & beyond I felt.
I will definitely be adding more of their watches to my collection.

I have given this a lot of thought as I like Xeric.
I have bought before & think they are good quality & very innovative. Originally was going for the 'James Webb' Version But decided it was too 'in your face' so bought the Trappist 1 Lunar Module Edition instead.
Glad I did - more restrained & a good choice.
Overall I'm satisfied. It was well finished with excellent materials + a quick delivery.
Only downside is the Miyota 82S0 Non Hacking , Non Gilt $32- $55 Movt. with an accuracy of +20 ~ - 40 Secs. a day... which is JUST O.K. but so basic you can see all the money has been spent on the dial, rotor & casework. I know they don't say so but I thought it should be 'Hacking' at least. This is supposed to be a $500.00 Watch!
Why not a basic NH35 or similar Citizen movt?

Fantastic time piece with high quality construction and design! Wears comfortably on the wrist and gets a ton of compliments.

I was prepared for a gimicky watch, but this is excellent! Size is great for even an everyday wear watch. It is unique and classy, and would be ok dressed up. Biggest unexpected feature is that it really is easy to read! Well done Xeric!

only care about pushing the sale. no post sale support. lost money on this one - buyer beware.

Early backer of the Timeline Retrograde here. Been waiting for this baby for many months, shipping finally started in mid-June and I spent many a week refreshing the tracking-sites in anticipation. It finally arrived yesterday and, wow, what a major kick in the nuts. The watch itself LOOKS as advertised, the finishing on the case and dial are pretty good except for some really misplaced writing on the caseback which is not level at all, like not even close. Never seen that before, not even on $50 dollar cadisens from AliExpress.

The movement is what it’s all about of course, and it delivers… sort of, except for the datewheel, like what were they thinking, I wasn’t sure it was gonna be as bad as I had heard before I saw it with my own eyes and, yeah, it’s pretty damn bad. The movement itself feels brittle as well, you can only set the time forwards, doing it the other way risks damaging it. This makes me kinda nervous to set the time at all, like, if you miss the minutemarker you’re aming for when setting the time, you have to go forward another 24 hours again to get it right which is annoying. I’m also worried about the serviceability of this thing as the movement is heavily customized.

But the worst part about this watch BY FAR is the bracelet. The buildquality and QC of this bracelet is like it came straight from TEMU like what the f***. The watch is made to be permanently on a bracelet and the bracelet feels like it came straight off a casio from the 90’s. Unbelievable how a watch that will retail for $1200!!!! Get’s shipped with such bad quality. Even though I only spent $699 as an early backer, I still don’t feel it was worth it. Xeric also has a habit of neglecting reviewers inputs and customers concerns by not addressing them at all or waiting until it’s too late to cancel an order. They have no customer service at all (that I can find anyway) and I wish I never fell for their clever marketing tricks.

Stay away and spend half the money on almost any other microbrand watch to receive tenfolds value for money in return as well as above and beyond customer service, quality control and community. I highly recommend Zelos or Henry Archer for example. Xeric makes really cool watches with cool and fresh ideas and designs, but man do they fall short in every other department.

Edit July 9: Xeric tried to have trustpilot remove my review for being «defamatory». Luckily trustpilot is an actually trustworthy site and they denied their request. This comes to show that, not only do they underdeliver on their watches, refuse to listen to complaints or answer customers concerns, but they go out of their way to actively silence criticism. Keep that in mind if you contemplate buying something from them.
