Shopping experience was straight forward. Watch came as advertised and generally good value for the price (with discount code). I love the unique designs and will be keeping an eye out for future releases. As a Purdue Alumni (cradle of astronauts) the NASA Chrono felt like a no brainier for me.

The Vendetta X Automatic Brown Rosewood was a gift for a friend that loves watches. They just got it yesterday and loved it due to the unique design.

Most importantly unlike Inverter I this watch sits nicely on your wrist because it does not have a curved back. The weight is conveniently spinning when you make the gesture to look at the time (ironically the time is on the side). Happy with the purchase, i think xeric as a company is moving in the right direction. The watches are very fairly priced, absolutely worth the money. I kept wearing Vendetta II even though i had much more expensive watches.

I like the uniqueness of the watches, but the delivery of watches and bands is extremely slow.

I liked the shipping and packaging. I also liked the watch I picked out.

I did not like the mystery watch or the return process for the mystery watch (... still waiting to hear back).

I also really do not like that these are advertised as American top quality watches but are actually made in China.

I have a love of space and horology, so the Xeric Trappist-1 automatic was a perfect purchase for me. The quartz version was one of my first real watches, and the automatic version is something I'm thrilled to have. I wish the movement had hacking, but that's about my only complaint. Beautiful watch, quick shipping — can't go wrong.

Bought the Apollo 15 watch a few years back and have only really had a bad experience with it. To start with after 1 year I had to send it back due to it not keeping time at all well. Now the strap has completely broken after only 1 year of total continuous use. For the price I paid (around $500 you really don't get a product which is worth this price point) I would spend your money elsewhere.

This extraordinary watch was perfect present for my son, who is very interested in space exploration. The parcel arrived well packed and rather quickly. So I am completely satisfied and glad about the purchase. Thanks for all.

What made my experience great is that at first i made a mistake with the shipping on my part . But after some contact with the support and waiting patiently it al got resolved. I was able to get my money back and buy the watches i ordered again and when they arrived it was worth the long wait because they are beautiful. I almost instantly ordered 2 more .

I really like this watch. The quality and attention to detail is top notch. The uv light that came with the watch to charge the glowing bits was weak, needs a new battery, but it’s a nice touch that one is added in case you don’t already have one. The packaging is great. Nice zippered hardshell case assures your watch survives shipping.

Loved the Xeric Apollo 15 since the moment I saw one one a watch forum several months ago. Finally pulled the trigger about two weeks before Christmas and it arrived well packaged and as described four days before Christmas, great service all round, so happy. Thanks guys !
