XL Moto is a great website with a wide variety of moto products, but buyers from India, just be aware that the website doesn't tell you what country the product was manufactured in, when you get this product shipped there are custom charges that are applicable based on the country the product was manufactured in, In my case bought a product worth $75 (including shipping) and the customs charges were around $231 just because the product was manufactured in Pakistan, so moral of the story, please don't purchase anything here till u get the details of the country of manufacture and then find out the custom charges based on the country and only then make the purchase, alternatively I think XL moto website should this feedback seriously and provide country of manufacturing details for every product on their website for people buying internationally, this will help the customers a lot

took a leap and ordered the part from Xlmoto, import tax was 30%. Part assembly was faulty due to manufacturer's fault but Xlmoto refunded the whole order without issues.

Great price on adventure boots, return policy and quick shipment after order placed. If anything they could work on would be allowing more customer ratings as this is were its easy to find info on products. Such as size and fitment experience from other customers.

The product is perfect and the shipping is supper fast

I only got wheels for the back holder and the front holder came with no wheels so I can't use both at the same time.

Professional company, good quality product, fast delivery and amazing custormer service. I bought H20 waterproof saddlebags for Yamaha XT660r with luggagerack, delivered to Hungary. The bags are good quality, great price, mounting is good, simple and universal, it is also great for adventure luggage. (It might be not wide enough between the two bags for this wide type of bike/luggagerack, but that is easily replacable to a longer strap, no problem.) Customer service is superkind and professional!

I purchased a JTR245/2 43 tooth rear sprocket for my 1974 Honda XL350.The website showed the sprocket as being a stock replacement for the 530 sprocket on the bike, when in fact it turned out to be a narrower 520 sprocket. Returning the sprocket from Canada is not cost effective, the shipping and brokerage charges were more than the cost of the part, but I was willing to pay for the correct part. Please correct the information on the website page.

Purchased Course Jones Jeans, Cafeman cargo pants, and XLmoto aramid hoodie. Happy with all products. Jean fit excellent. All products give very good value for price.

Shipping costs per unit was cheaper with multiple purchases.

If I need something for my bike I always check with xlmoto first, they have good prices and extremely fast and affordable shipping. On the occasions I had to reach out to customer service they quickly replied and helped me out with no problem. Recommended!
