The Xplora watch is a great concept but in practice the watch is HUGE on a childs wrist. Physically is is bigger than my husbands AppleWatch Ultra. The connectivity is patchy at best, the sync between... See more

Great watch and design!
My daughter really loves this watch we got her for her birthday and gives us great peace of mind knowing she’s wearing it!
Terrible customer service...
Xgo3 battery and GPS are awful
Have 2 Xgo3 and the battery life is less than 24hrs with only 2 short calls and 1 text. The app regularly fails to update GPS location even with an excellent cellular network in our area.
Impossible to cancel subscription
No way to find subscription through their app or links provided in emails.
Ended up contacting my bank and cancelling recurring subscription.
Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service.
Bought X6 play for my son’s 10th birthday end of October. The sim they sent would not accept or receive calls in watch or phone. I bought a pay as you go sim as son was truly gutted his new watch was not working. Contacted customer services to explain and still to the day 13th Nov I do not have a solution or a new sim.
This watch is not cheap to buy so I would expect excellent service when the watch does not work… seriously not the case..!!! I’m dreading anything else going wrong as there is zero support of it does.

I opened a case/ticket for an issue with my son's XGO3 watch on November 1, 24, I only received a response from the Support Team on November 5, I provided feedback on November 6 and as of today November 8, despite multiple requests for an update, I have yet to receive any response. This is exceptionally poor customer service!
My Son Loves His Watch
My Son Loves His Watch! The Colour, The Fact He Can Ring Daddy When He Wants And That He Can Take Pictures. It Goes On School Mode, But He Still Feels Close To Us Which Helps His Seperation Anxiety. We Got The Xplora Kidzi Blue And Would Reccomend This To Anyone. Easy To Set Up The Watch Itself And The App On My Phone.
Amazing product
We had a great experience from the company. Quick delivery too
The watch is amazing, great for any child. Our daughter loves hers and seeing how many steps she’s done! Would highly recommend
Trendy, high tech, life line
My daughter loves her watch, but I love it more! My daughter feels super trendy and cool with her high tech device but to me it's a lid line. Being able to monitor her, set boundies and more just give me that peace of mind of her wellbeing.. Highly recommend!
Faulty product. Shameful service. A disgrace.
I have previously had an xplora watch for my son which worked well. I have now upgraded to the new X6Play and paid up front on the company website for the watch and 12 month premium SIM card subscription.
The product arrived in a timely manner but failed to activate the SIM card subscription. I followed all the instructions on the website and with the watch but it would not register
I was sent an automated support email saying it had not worked and asking for the IMEI number / phone number etc. I sent these immediately.
4 days later I had had no response. 6 emails later still no response. I even emailed the chief executives office (sten.kirkbak at xplora.com) and no-one has had the courtesy to even acknowledge.
Finally i receive a reply to say that they have made some amends and the watch is now activated.
Guess what. It’s not.
And another 3 days and further 3 emails and still not getting a response.
£251 spent. A faulty product. Non existent customer support. I’ve just requested a refund under my statutory rights but sadly not expecting a reply based on their conduct to date, so will have to pursue via my credit card company for a section 75 refund.
Utterly disgraceful. The CEO describes this as a labour of love on the website. He is a father himself. And he cares passionately about children. Doesn’t seem to care about his customers, or my child, who is now away from home for the first time and scared and upset because his new watch that he desperately wanted with him so he could call be is not working.
Shameful
Bought my daughter the XG03 for her…
Bought my daughter the XG03 for her birthday via Amazon, not the easiest thing to set up, however seemed to get through it and It confirmed set was successful, although we could not get this to make or receive calls. Only messaging worked when connected to the wi-fi. Was sent a replacement sim card, this didnt work, then returned the watch and was sent a replacement watch direct from Xplora. Got my wife to set this one up, just to make sure It wasn't something I did when setting up which caused the problem. Same issues again, returned this watch again and requested a refund. Still waiting on our money back over a month later, haven been promised it would take 5-10 days after their returns people confirmed the watch was faulty. Beyond a joke. Avoid like the plague.
5 star for customer service
5 star for customer service. My kids watch gets issue after few months and raised with customer support. They had replaced it with new watch. Watch is also serving its purpose which is making call, messaging and location tracking mainly.
Beware
Beware, Xplora is nothing more than a fraudulent company. They send invoices to random consumers with threats of debt collection although I've never signed up for their services.
Once they were aware of this I received no help whatsoever from their customer service so I had to turn to the police to get it solved.
Again, stay away from Xplora.
Our 5 year old loves his smart watch!
Always worried about losing your child in big crowds or wondering what they are doing after school (older children)? Xplora XGO3 is the perfect watch to keep your mind at ease.
Our son loves his watch and doesn't EVER want to take it off or put it on charge! He loves the camera feature, step, messages and calls. For me as the parent I love the GPS feature, being able to see where he is using the parent app, with out busy weekends this has now put some ease on us to know he is always safe.
The call and message feature are a brilliant idea to contact your kids if for any reason you are running late for clubs or during half term they are out with nan and grandad and your at work.
We would recommend this watch as it is a great smart watch for a pre-schooler who is learning to safety of learning how to be safe and of course peace of mind for parents whilst out and about.
Fantastic smartwatches
Our Son loves his X6 Play smartwatch, he loves the ability to keep in contact with us and take photos. It has a great tracking feature, giving us reassurance to his wearabouts. A great watch which I highly recommend for any child.
Brilliant watch
My son loves his watch, he never takes it off. He's always taking photos on there and trying to beat his daily steps each day. I personally love the GPS tracking, if he ever went missing I'd no exactly where he was, also helpful when he is out playing to keep eye where he is.
So my son normally won't wear a watch…
So my son normally won't wear a watch for any longer then an hour or two without it being uncomfortable for him. This watch however he will not take off , the quality of the strap means it is very comfortable for him to wear. He loves taking pictures on the watch . It really is lovely and for everything it does I think it's great.
Great way to contact your kids without giving them full access to phone
I have bought my 4 year old the xplora watch and i am so in love with it and my kid loves it even more. We’ve had such a great relief since we got it because when we go to super markets or even afternoon clubs, my boy can call me if he needs and I can also contact him if I'm running late etc which saves both of us getting anxious.
Its a great way to be able to contact your kids without giving them access to full phone features. I would highly recommend parents getting it for their young kids to keep in touch with them throughout the day.
Will make perfect Christmas present tooo
Fantastic educational watch for kids AND parents
I'm not sure who LOVES this more. Me or my daughter lol. She's 5 and not only is this watch teaching her the time, she can check the weather, collect coins (which keeps up he step count) she can send messages, voice notes, take pictures and call from it. From a parents perspective the safety features are perfect. I'm able to control her contact list, see who she's messaged and most of all I'm able to track her location in the event she's not with me or ever lost (every parents worst nightmare)
We use it daily and will not go anywhere without it now if we're in busy public places. It's fun and safe rolled into one.
A great gift that it worth the money as it'll stay with her as she grows up too. I'd definitely recommend
This product is perfect for my 5 year old…
This product is perfect for my little boy who is 5 years old, it’s an amazing way to keep track of him especially when we go to new places, new soft plays etc.
He also loves being able to call us whenever he is at his nans, he loves having the independence & I love knowing that he can call us whenever he needs something even if he’s just upstairs haha.
