Thank you Yarnsonline. Good service and prompt delivery. Adriafil Zebrino is a beautiful yarn which knits like a dream. I’ve used it for a number of projects and will return to it and to Yarnsonline.

First order

Excellent choice of branded sock yarn, timely processing & delivery but disappointing that unlike other online wool shops postage charged even though my order totalled more than £40.

Thank you for your review. Unlike other online yarn shops, we don't charge any extra for our postage. We simply charge the same rate that Royal Mail charge us. Also, on orders over £30 we send out a free gift as a thank you.

We always welcome feedback regarding our service, and if there's something we can do better, then we usually look to implement it as soon as we can. We are now going to introduce free postage on all UK orders over £30.00, and will continue to send out the free gift too (subject to stock availability).

Yarns Online, Very Impressive!

I was online for hours, it seemed, looking for a particular yarn. Finally, I found yarns online. I found the yarn, and the best selection of colours, with clear notice of availability. The site is easy to navigate, and I found another great yarn, for another project. The delivery was quick, and the only additional charge was the cost of postage. One happy knitter!

Request to review before the order arrives. Very annoying

I’m being asked to review a product I have not yet received. This is annoying. I would very much like to know why it’s thought appropriate for this to happen.

Your order was received on 28th May 2022 at 17:26, and was dispatched the following day at 14:09 via 2nd class mail as selected by yourself. The item would not have been collected from the Post Office until Monday 30th May. The Trustpilot review email is an automatic email which is sent out on our behalf by Trustpilot. Ordinarily, your order would have arrived with you BEFORE receiving the email from Trustpilot. However, on this occassion, it would appear that due to the special Bank Holiday starting on Thursday 2nd June, some deliveries from Royal Mail have been slightly delayed. With this in mind, along with the fact the Trustpilot emails are automated, we do not believe this to be an error on our part, and nor does it justify leaving us a 1 star review. It should also be noted that you contacted us today (Saturday) via our Contact Us page at 16:51, and again today at 16:53 via direct email, requesting details of where your order is. You then left this 1 star negative review at 18:55 on the same day, giving us only 1 hour in which to respond to your query, after hours, on a weekend. One of your messages states "...you seem to believe your job is done". It is fair to say our job is done, and was done in a professional and timely manner, with your parcel being dispatched less than 24 hours of us receiving it. We trust this clarifies everything.

UPDATE: This customers order was delivered by Royal Mail on the 6th May 2022, well within Royal Mails specified delivery times, which included 4 days of Public Bank Holidays.
