Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on our website at 20:56 on the 7th April, and dispatched the following day. An order status update was automatically emailed to you at 22:34 on the day of dispatch. The order was sent 2nd class standard via Royal Mail as per your selection at checkout. Unfortunately, once the parcel is in the hands of the carrier, there is very little we can do in order to ensure they deliver the goods in line with their specified delivery times. We cannot give delivery update information if we are unaware there has been a delay, and on this occassion, we didn't receive any requests or queries regarding the delay in the delivery of the order. We apologise that the delayed delivery of your order fell below the standards we set ourselves, and hope it hasn't put you off shopping with us in the future.

Great service and friendly company
Desperately needed some Batik yarn to finish a blanket. Yarns online was the only place where I could get the specific colours. Order was acknowledged and dispatched quickly and my query was answered promptly. Would definitely use again.
