I ordered yarn on line and two days later it arrived - unfortunately I got the wrong order but the very apologetic gentleman named Adrian, that I spoke to on the phone, sent out the correct order right away with a prepaid envelope to return the original yarn. This was all done within a week of me placing the order and I will certainly buy again from Yarns on line.
