I am in the UK and I spent nearly £80 on yarn.
I was dismayed to be charged an additional £3.20 for postage.
I doubt I'll be placing an order again because there is no free postage.

Thank you for your review. Whilst progressing through the checkout process on our website, we automatically offer the cheapest option for postage. This is usually 2nd Class Standard via Royal Mail. By clicking on the "Pay Now" button on our website, you agree to the fees for postage, which are notified to you during the checkout process. It's worth noting that we don't add any extra costs to our postage prices. We simply charge what Royal Mail charge us. The reason for this is so we can keep postal costs to a minimum for our customers. We are sorry you felt dismayed regarding this.
