Michael in the Tech department was Amazing!! So patient as we sorted out the issue

Carla and Ramos were able to provide us with high speed braodband in one of the toughest places in the country. It was not something we anticipated when we started the project but thanks to Yellowcom and Carla and Ramos we had little to no interruptions as they were able to get us up and running very quickly.

Thanks to all at Yellowcom. Especially Gavin for outstanding service. Great company, great service and a great help for our business

We needed a Engineer ( Sean) to site after Storm Darragh. Sean came to us and got us up and running again very quickly. Found him easy to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Fraser and Sean arrived to install our new phone system this morning after braving some very bad weather to get here on time and to get the job done. The two lads worked very quickly to get us sorted and did not cause any disruption to business whatsoever. Very friendly and courteous gentlemen.

Always a pleasure to deal with, they know what solution to give me when I throw them a curved IT install ball. All the staff I have dealt with and been very knowledgeable and Gavin R you rock!

We had Fraser in our office today for an internet installation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He completed the installation without any delays, ensuring the transition was seamless. Not only did he handle the internet setup efficiently, but he also took the time to assist with a few queries we had about our phone system. Fraser was polite, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the process, explaining each step as he worked. Overall, a very positive experience, and we'd be happy to have him back for any future needs!

Engineer John McKee called at the appointed time, was very courteous and diligent and knowledgeable , he was able to solve the problem quickly and efficiently

Lauren has been very easy to deal with and very proactive and responsive. There are a few issues I’m trying mg to get sorted a long time but these are out of Lauren’s control.

Conor introduced himself politely opon arrival and started to work straight away. He explained the process as he went along and also worked through lunchtime so as to limit the disturbance to everyone in the office.

Conor made the task run smoothly and we are happy with the service provided by this friendly young man.
