we had Conor on site again today that he has us now set up with our new phone system and internet .It was a pleasure to have Conor on site through out the process as he has gone out of his way the last few weeks to get us up and running and is very professional in what he does.
Great Customer service, phones ,broadband first rate. VOIP allows us control our costs. Highly recommend the professionalism of the team.
The phone system has a glitch which is if you dial freephone numbers your phone handset gets locked. You have to contact their support and could potentially be waiting hours to get it resolved.
Our phone system went down on Friday. Spoke with Andrew who has been so helpful with getting our problem resolved. He was so efficient and called back when he said he would - which was so important to us
His patience was appreciated.
Conor came to site this morning as promised and fixed our issue, had us back on line straight away - brilliant team.
We had a slight problem with our wifi which jenny was able to offer a solution. The engineer Andy came out to install this and whilst he was here he done a full check of our system to make sure everything was in order. Nothing is ever too much hassle to yellowcom, they have great staff who care and know how to look after existing customers. Thanks again Jenny & Andy
logged a problem and Andrew came back to us very quickly with a resolution, he also went out of his way to call back a few days later to make sure the problem had not returned. excellent customer care from a super employee . well done
Cannot recommend for people to stay away from this company enough. Targets and exploits people - signing them into 5 year contracts and not providing the service they sell. Horrendous - STAY AWAY!!

Have had nothing but trouble with the phone system and service from Yellowcom, from the initial misleading sales information to the continual failure to resolve the issues and the poor quality handsets provided by the third party supplier they make you sign up to. Seems like a lot of people who do nothing in this company or just lie and fob you off.
Initial contact was made via doorstep sales team, impressed by manner, appearance and information provided. Site install engineers very well organised and dates / times from the support office were followed through to completion. All Yellowcom team were excellent. All staff from Peter Finegan, Lauren Lacey, Conor Carty and Jamie Kelly.
Horrendous. They sold a 5 year business contract for Mobile, Broadband and house phone to my 75 year old mother, who lives alone. The broadband has never worked so she could never login to review her bills which are on a portal. They could not provide a mobile signal at her home so finally agreed to remove that from her contract but her landline phone is so complicated she cannot work it. It has led to anxiety and isolation. My Mother feels stupid, scared and scammed. Yellowcom are now claiming that she has to pay £5,500 in order to exit. Truly disgusting behavior. They just tell me that they do not discriminate due to age, but that is exactly what they have done.

In 16yrs of business I have never had a telecom service of such high standard. From Aoife Bolton who was our sale rep and Stacey Bradley both of which kept us up to date and every point. The technicians Anto and his colleagues were phenomenal. They worked neat and tidy and did not leave site until everything was connected and perfect. They even connected our cctv and printer. I was gob smacked by the professionalism of every part of the yellow com crew. This company is a well oiled machine that deserve every success the comes their way! Well done guys!
Peter Finegan the sales rep for yellowcom was excellent I would love to get him in to do some cars sales for us. He’s a real asset for yellowcom. Peter was informative, he answered any questions I had and the actual quote came back on schedule in the timeline that he gave me. Unfortunately for him it just wasn’t the time for us to change but when we do I will definitely consider contacting Peter.
Bailey was such a great help setting us up on YellowCom, so helpful and friendly. Asset to the team!

Recently switched to Yellowcom and so far I have found the company very good. Bailey, the engineer, was excellent. Carried out the work in a very efficient manner. I hardly knew he was here working along side me. Supportive and answered all my questions.
We signed up with Yellowcom recently to upgrade our phones to LG cloud as our phones were years old! and the system in brilliant! They also upgraded our broadband too and my wifi speeds are a lot faster
The engineers were very knowledgable and the install was seamless, They worked around us with our busy office & schedule.
10/10 would recommend :)
