The service is general was exceptional

The service is general was exceptional. I was very impressed from placing order to receipt of goods I.E. about 3 day. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and polite.

Initially Unhelpful

After having building work done had Yewdale blinds fitted through out my property.

Reached out for help removing the blind and changing the chain. As a private customer I do not think the supplier is still on the go and the builder really cannot remember the details.

I found the supplier initially unhelpful saying that they had system issues.

However after reconfirming that I believed that the supplier no longer existed they provided a couple of videos that allowed quick any easy. Removal, chain replacement and re installation.

Rating would have been higher if there had not been the issues.

Replacement for flawed fabric

Received flawed fabric however, after contacting Yewdale the issue was resolved right away and we were send a replacement.

Fabric should have been quality checked before leaving them but I'm happy with how they resolved the issue.

We have used Yewdale for a few years now. The turnaround times are always extremely fast and always arrive when promised. The quality of the products are unmatched by any other blind manufacturer. Problems sorted !!!

Shaun in customer care done a great job getting missing brackets (not Yewdale's fault) out to me on time to complete a job. I can not thank him enough for his efforts.
