Found this company online and bought a diamond nail file. Received within 2 days (estimated 2-3 days). Reasonable price and postage. Only niggle was that the holder was broken-I guess the file had pierced it during shipping.

Otoscope 7/10 Speculum 1/10
The otoscope body is fine, but the ear speculum provided are awful.
The paediatric sized one has a 1mm, most of them will not lock into the groove.
Very upsetting to be frank.
Also you can't buy just adult Speculum from the YNR website.
